Professional, courteous, and helpful. I had an abscess tooth removed, and never even knew it happened. I highly recommend this place for people with high anxiety about dental work or having teeth removed. They will take good care of you!!!

45 minute wait after appt was made a week in advance. Said only had one nitrous oxide machine but didn't let me know that until I was about ready to leave. Had been here before and the place was rundown this time. The rugs in lobby were tripping hazards. The fish tank looked like the movie Nemo when it was dirty. Everyone after extraction was talking about how I was going to have an issue with a wisdom tooth behind me, kind of unprofessional. I was kind of unbalanced from nitrous and no one asked to help me out to my car. Wouldn't recommend.

AWFUL wait time. They have people set up for appointments to come in roughly every 15minutes yet you sit in the waiting room for OVER a hour. No point in giving them any information over the phone or before the appointment you gotta just re do it all when you get to the office. But the waiting room is small and they keep it full because Noone goes anywhere anytime fast. Then the lady at the front desk is a liar if you ask how much longer she just says "less than 15minutes" No matter how many times you ask or who ask. Not a good business plus it was dirty everything about this place should be shut down DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE LITERALLY ANYTHING AND ANYWHERE ELSE IS BETTER.

Staff is not friendly. Son had to wait an hour after scheduled appointment to be seen…no apology for lateness Not enough seats in waiting room and wasn’t spaced for social distancing. Worst experience at a medical office in years.

A++++My family has been going to Dr. Solano for over 15 years. He truly is the best! He is very honest about your dental plan and possibilities. Dr. Solano has state of the art equipment and does not let his patients suffer. Call and he will get you in and out of pain!! He takes most insurances as well!! I highly recommend!!!

I chose to be sedated for a tooth extraction because I have been hurt by a dentist before , when he entered the room he never spoke a word to me , he put the needle in my arm to sedate and apparently numbed my mouth right before he pulled the tooth, I had excruciating pain even though I was sedated , he did not give it time to numb! I will never go back to him and suggest you run to a different doctor

Dr Solono and his assistant Tessa are both amazing at what they do. I've been going to Dr Solano for years now. He's the ONLY dental surgeon I'll use. He's the absolute best at tooth extraction, and he does it so well that you hardly know when its done. He's both quick and efficient. He's also very funny, but you'll need to appreciate his wacky sense of humor! LOVE this doctor. Also, another note for his assistant Tessa. She is amazing as well. She goes out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. She is a caring and special person. I adore her as well. Together they make a great team!!! If you're smart, you'll trust Dr Solano and his whole team. Lastly, they are ever so careful taking great precautions to prevent Covid 19 contamination to their patients. They disinfect every chair as their patient's leave the waiting room. Also, I witnessed them washing everything in the exam rooms after each patient and before the next. That made me feel safe and secure.

An 11:30 appointment became a 1:30 appointment AFTER we wasted an hour drive to the city for the 11:30 appointment because they overbook with zero regard for your time. This wouldn't be a problem if we all had an infinite amount of time, no other obligations other than dental surgery, an unlimited number of medical leave days off work for these procedures so we could simply reschedule another day if necessary with no limitations, etc. However, since you probably live in reality land if you are reading this, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. There's a reason this guy has as many 1 star ratings as all other ratings combined, listen to the people that are trying to warn you!

Never again

Upon entering I seen the waiting room was packed, barely standing room only. My appointment was 1:30 and wasn’t seen until 2:30. Scheduling an appointment seems unnecessary because they accept walk-ins and call you back based on the completion order of check in disregarding the appointments first logic.

The Worst!

Dr Solano is the worst dentist I have ever been to!! After the bleeding finally stopped from having the extraction procedure, I looked in the mirror only to be shocked when discovering that Dr Solano not only extracted the bad tooth but also the perfectly healthy tooth behind it!!! And as if that wasn't bad enough, the entire side of my face was severely bruised - so black & blue that I could only determine that he must have used some outdated method of using an instrument to pull my face back against my ear. It looked as though I had been beaten up very badly. And the pain was excruciating! At my own expense, I ended up having to pay for an implant to be put in by another dentist to replace the healthy tooth he extracted in error. His attitude afterwards was that of oh, well those things happen! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this brutal, incompetent dentist!

waited 1 1/2 hours in waiting room to be brought to treatment room for another 45 min wait. Got up from chair to text my ride and he walked in and saw me and turned and told assistant "Let me no when she is in the chair" and went on to next patient. I asked for a refund and told him he had some nerve after I waited 2 hours he could not wait 5 sec for me to give my ride a heads up. As soon as I got home the office called apologizing and offering to reschedule procedure at no charge. I said I would think about it and call them back. Then he called and offer procedure at no charge and a box of candy. WHAT, kind of nonsense is that? Never ever will they see my face again.

As always when you have one tooth to be pulled he hits you up for two taking the second out asking for payment. Then he didnt prescribed pain killers after digging the 2 teeth out. He did return my money. But i was on servere pain for days until i got ahold of my MD. I had read on Facebook where people were calling him a butcher. I didnt think it was going to be that bad.

Sitting with your sixteen year old baby in the waiting room is stressful! Forty two minutes later, when you are talking to her after surgery, you realize that you picked an incredible oral surgeon!

I 1st treated in the ER.I was very sattisfied and pleased with his witty bedside manner and stauture. However after my release from hospital that he was a wolf in sheep clothing doing absolutely minimal work in treatment in office told me to return in 2 more days with cash and lots of it because he didn't except Medicaid insurance..He went on to make it impossible for me to make an appointment and demanded $1000.00 to pull 1 tooth. No true care an concern for the patient only for the patients money you are shameless as Frank not a penny of my money will he ever see or anyone that will listen to me...Nice oath Doctor,as for true care and concern my personal Dentist will be charging 100.00 for his services and he really cares...

Great experience! Staff was great from the moment I walked in. Dr. Solano was funny and laughed and joked with me before the procedure. And all the staff was great. I don’t like dentists, but, Dr. Solano and all the ladies made my experience very comfortable and if I ever need to have another tooth pulled, they will be the only place I go. Thanks for everything guys, you were great!!

Two weeks ago he extracted two teeth on my husband. Lip and chin is still numb. His, Dr Solano, response was he might get feeling back in a week, three weeks or maybe never. He certainly was not caring! Also he bruised him terribly from inside of lip down his neck. He wishes he had his toothache back. And for sure his money they charged him for the damage done! And I would not refer anyone to him, zero stars, even though I was forced to give at least one star on this sight!

I have been to Dr. Solono at least 5 times in the last 7 years for extractions. He is the only one that I will let extract my teeth. I have always been treated with professionalism and his bedside manner is excellent. I will say he is not cheap but you pay for what you get. I am shocked at some of the reviews I have read. If you want to spend less money then expect less expertise. My experiences with him again has been wonderful..

It is a tooth pulling mill, do not be confused. The nurse told him 3 times which tooth and it was fast, 9 minutes. Probably why my chin was still numb two days later and I needed more pain meds. The nurse wanted to treat me for dry socket. She said they went by symptoms and when I asked if he could look at it and tell she said no. I thought that was odd. Something not right about a doctor who doesn't have time to look at his own work.

My six year old needed an extraction we were referred us to Dr. Solano. He got her in the same day at 11am. The front desk staff was very nice and ran our insurance right away so we knew what was going to be covered. The nurse was very friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable. Dr. Solano came in and was very personable and attentive to us. We did general anesthesia and he extracted the molar beautifully. No issues and I would absolutely go to him again!

I highly recommended this Dr. and his staff. They made me feel comfortable even though I was terrified. He extracted my remaining teeth and placed 4 implants, so that I can eventually have my smile back! My experience with this office was wonderful.
