He is an exceptional doctor. He’s been my doctor since I was born I am now 21. I love how compassionate and understanding he is with his patients.

Dr. Valez maybe an excellent doctor, unfortunately I never met him. His office is just unprofessional group of people who knows nothing and has an excuse for anything. I scheduled phone appointment in January. had to wait 2 months, appointment didn't happen because "I wasn't in the system. All attempts to find a solution I heard stonewalling, and they never apologized and I eventually had to go and look for another doctor. Shocker

Please don’t get treated from This doctor .the doctor is so rude and he never wants to prescribe you medication even when you are in a chronic pain He is unprofessional He is not a real doctor. Don’t put your life at risk with this doctor!!!!!

False advertisement that they are opened on Saturdays , i called and waited for over 30 min. Finally made my boyfriend leave after waiting an hour and a half for this doctor, with an appointment! How unprofessional! Their excuse? "some people take longer than expected". Seriously? It's your job to know how much time to schedule based on what their in for. That's how my doctor does it and I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes past my appt. Good customer service all ppl under are just hating. Get urself a life

Saw Dr. Velez last minute they were able to squeeze me in the next day and do their best to expedite my care to a specialist. Navigating through the US health system is extremely frustrating especially on medical but his team was very efficient and provided tremendous support!

My wife honestly recieved the worst care here. She was injuried and they made us have an app and waited two hours after that time to meet with a Dr. The Dr. Only talked about how much she was in pain too and prescribed allergy medication. I dont understand this place. We called asking for a note for a job excuse based on her condition and they said we'd still have to make an appointment. telephone customer service is always horrible. Never have appointments available.

Doctor is nice, but be forewarned- they do not give results over the phone. You have to make another appointment, pay another co pay, etc. just to be told (most likely) "everything's fine!" in a 2 minute appointment. Seems like a racket to earn more money in office visits to me. Also,. I've been waiting almost a month for them to mail me a referral to another doctor, still waiting. Dr Valez explained my medical issues in a way that I understand. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Excellent Doctor and staff.

Wonderful experience. Wait was a little long but nothing more then expected. Office not the most updated but at the end of the day the service and care of the staff is 5 stars if not more. Never have been to a doctor where they truly care.

Amazing Doctor! Provides great service to his patients. Dr. Velez has been my doctor since I was a child. He has been my family doctor for 15+ years. He has a kind heart & is more like family! His nurses are the best and are very welcoming! Dulce is an amazing nurse. Very sweet and loving for her patients as well.
