Excellent doctor did procedures on both legs and surgery on my right carotid for a blockage. His staff is very professional. I wear my compression sock as directed. He is a very good doctor and explained everything in great detail. I would and have recommended him to my friends and family

Dr. Jacobs and his office staff are amazing! They treat every patient with care and spend the time that it takes to make sure they understand what needs to be done. Dr. Jacobs tells you that burning the two largest veins in each leg will help with blood circulation, all the procedure has done is made walking 10x more painful, this guy is a quak, just looking to make money.

Complete and utter waste of time. This Quak burned the two largest veins in my legs and I'm in more pain and now I can't work because of what this idiot did, he basically made me disabled. Don't bother with any vein surgery.

Dr. Jacobs performed an endarterectomy on my carotid artery with 87% occlusion from cholesterol and calcium deposit. I am 84 years old with multiple complicating conditions, and he did an excellent job. He has also taken care of my leg vein problems, with the assistance of a very good and professional staff. He is very intelligent, highly skilled, well-informed, and professional and considerate with his patients. I am grateful to have had his care for my surgery, and am happy and confident in recommending him to others. He is outstanding.

Think twice when this doctor tells you to do a vein ablation "procedure". All he cares about is to do as many of them as possible and in record time. Nobody tells you about any risk involved and possible complications. When you have them, then you are on your own.. Try complaining about a terrible swelling and debilitating burning pain you never experienced before the surgery. He will explain with a disarming smile that you have a vein disease and he can not do anything more for you. I have never been to this place but was seen when he was at rush hospital. Dr Chad is my Hero he aced my life from another doctors mistake I am and will always be grateful to him. He is the best.

I am perplexed by the whole experience. I was told from Dr. Jacobs that after the second procedure I would come back and then in a couple of weeks he would do surgery to complete the job. I have had two procedures and still have veins protruding on my leg the same or even worse then when I started. I still have pain and discomfort and swelling. I am not sure what he did but what ever he's done has not helped me at all and the only thing that has gone away is over $2000 out of my pocket.

At first seems to be competent and understanding. After the third visit he doesn't seem to remember even seeing me or what I was there for. Told me that he would recommend a certain procedure that was already scheduled. I wanted to ask him if he read his notes or even kept any. He Isn't clear or explain what needs to be none after the procedure. He seemed to get upset when I questioned him on certain items.
