Awesome!! Dr. Willoughby is so down to earth. I love that he explains in terms of my treatment. Im not a Dr. So I don’t know what all the big words mean. So he takes the time to explain them to where I can understand. Thank you so much.

I saw his PA who was a good substitute! She and I discussed options in treatment and she was ver knowledgeable and helpful I’m also impressed about how organized their whole office is run which allows for fast service with minimal wait time!!

Dr. Willoughby has a gentle bedside manner, spends time to explain diagnosis, procedures, and treatments. A wonderful doctor.

Dr Willoughby listened for my concerns and allowed me to express them. He was attentive and answered all my questions and methods of treatments in a way that was well understood. He was very compassionate to my areas of pain and I feel as though he is going to help me through this difficult time without hesitation. He definitely eased all my fears.

Dr. Willoughby is an amazing doctor. He listens to your concerns and addresses your problems in a timely fashion. Ordered test and procedures necessary to help control my pain. Job well done.

I saw Doctor Willoughby's PA. She was very attentive and a lot more understanding than Doctor Behr. She listened to how I felt about steroid injections and why.

Dr Willoughby and the entire staff are excellent and the best care I have ever received at a medical facility. He takes time to listen at every appointment and truly cares and you can tell it's important to him to treat your pain to the best its possible with different options. Appointments are always made available no matter what procedure may be needed in a very timely fashion. Office is always running on time for the several years I have been going there and believe me that is very special what this staff achieves. I would give a 1000 stars if an option :)

He is the best and has helped my neck and back pain.

Very courteous staff, lovely people, front office and nurses! Dr. Willoughby wasn’t easily won over but once convinced of the level of my pain he’s really been committed to helping to live my b st active life. I’m greatly indebted to everyone in that office.

I had injections on my neck, the medication leaked to my face, he didn’t even notice it till I told him, he wasn’t showing any concerns . I felt little bumps on my neck after that.

I had Radio Frequency Ablation February 2018 to the end of March 2018. I elected to stay awake through the entire procedures. On the last round of RFA on my left side within the minute and a half I received a large what felt to be high volts and had me flip like a fish out of water. Just when I was about to yell stop it went back to normal then it was over. Within a few days I could not walk with out a walker or cane for six months. Procedure went wrong. Dr Willoughby will not admit that.

Dr. Willoughby is very personable, compassionate, and does everything he can to understand what his patients are going through. He’s very thorough in getting to the bottom of what’s causing and how to best help control pain. The entire staff, from reception to housekeeping, are so friendly and show compassion for the patients.

Dr. Willoughby and his staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable in his practice. I have been seeing him for about six months and have been completely satisfied. He is a very caring and thoughtful doctor and I would recommend him to my family and friends. He has always explained in detail any questions I had and I never felt that he was rushed. I'm so happy to have found him to treat my pain. I have had 3 back surgeries, 1 neck, and 2 total hips. I was an RN for 33 years.

Going to Dr. Willoughby's I was mistreated by the nurse Katherine. She spoke, had no respect for me as well as a friend I know that see's this Doctor. Her bed side Manner is bad and opinionated. She put's you down making you feel like crap. Never got to see the Doctor because of her. Walked out of their still in pain, very disappointed. Don't waste your time going there. You will be mistreated and disappointed. Katherine should be fired from this office and put out of the Medical field for good!

Dr. Willoughby stopped at least 80% of my pain in my leg (radiating from my lower back), along with the pain associated with the bursa sacs in both of my hips. I can walk again without pain and discomfort! I am very pleased with the results we have achieved thus far and I have faith that he will be there for me down the road should I need help with this or any other unbearable pain I may incur.

I was a patient of Doctor willoughby for months. I was very satisfied and so grateful to find a doctor that actually knows about back pain. I left his office b/c my workers comp case was about to close Not sure what insurance they take but if you are having trouble with your spine this man guinually cares and has the skills and knowledge to relieve your pain. I was very impressed

Don not trust this office and Dr. Had a car accident. Said they would wait for payment, but sent bills to collection agency. Very bad. No one ever calls you back. Very disorganized.
