Both Dr. Buscema & Officer Manager Justin have gone above and beyond to ensure comfort, high-quality care, and efficiency in my treatment. Both have treated me with dignity and helped me to navigate each and every situation and concern effortlessly and with ease. I am grateful for both Dr. Buscema and Justin and the kindness and caring they have shown me in my recovery! In addition, the office space and waiting area is very nice and calm too.

Dr Buscema has helped me change my life. I have been seeing him for 4 years now. He helped me get through hard times. If it wasn’t for him and his staff (Justin, Karen, his wife) I honestly do not know where I would be. Justin always calls me back and treats me like a human. Because of this practice I am able to function and be the best mom I can be. They stuck with me and I am forever grateful.

Love this guy and his staff. He will help and he cares about helping. Full of knowledge and practical wisdom. I haven't even seen him in years, but I'm about to go back and he was my first choice when I was made aware he still practiced. Guess there is no Mona though, so I'ma check it out

I liked doctor Bushema, but his assistant Josh refused me my records stating he didn't think the Doctor would be ok with me having my own drug screens. HIPAA states differently. The doctors office legally has 30 days to give me MY records as soon as I requested them. I also asked "Josh/Justin" if I could continue to see Dr Bushema for psychiatry, like I did previously. He (the assistant Josh or Justin) said No without asking the doctor. He was extremely rude as well. Bushema- Please hire competent people that know HIPAA law, and employees that at least speak with you about ongoings in the office, like if I wanted my drug screens, he could have just asked you, who I am sure know HIPAA, and he could have asked you if I was able to remain a patient for psychiatry... Josh/Justin told me "You have to be on Suboxone to see dr Bushema " He accused me of wanting "Adderall or whatever." I'm trying to reach the phone number for days and no answers so far I'm a future patient if I can finally reach or get a call back

Was a great dr before the Covid 19 then never saw them for then two seconds in the office and only Karen coakly I hope I spelled that correctly took the time to talk to you when she was in then they discharged in the middle of the month when I am on some medications that can have dangerous withdrawals including seizures and death without a detox plan or having the decency to write a script for the following month to give me time to find a dr during this Covid 19 pandemic it’s not the easiest thing I tried calling my call was not answered and on top of that idk if they just try to get an extra 135$s out of people but there were atleast three uas I did not fail one or two of them when I first started the program yes but if this dr dosnt have the decency or care for his patients to one detox them properly or two atleast give them a month to find a replacement dr he should lose his license and his drug screens need to be looked into as of now I gave 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option if this dr reaches out with me to resolve this I’ll update my review has officially showed he had no regard for his patients safety was prescribing me 16 mgs of subutex 60 mgs or adderall ir and 4 mgs of klonopin discharged me out of the blue then comes up with some greedy new idea saying I can come back if I pay a 300$ Missed appt fee for the appt he canceled then have to come in every week when my mom has cancer and cannot drive from Stuart to there 4 times a month she barly made it once then 20$s a visit for every week plus 100$ lab fee to send the urine few out when he knows I’m unemployed and can’t afford that untop of the 500$s the medication costs when all I simply did was call and ask him to write me a detox program and the proper meds to detox me safely off of the medications he’s been giving me after three and we rich as he is he does need this money he just wants to see one of his patients suffer and possibly die of a seizure which if I do this will be the last time he here’s from my family god willing I make it threw this alive he cares nothing of his patients just the 100s of dollers there can give him for his 26,000$ dogs his new Mercedes and the county club home he lives in I saw on here we’re due to his negligence a 22 year old girl lost her life I used to think he was a great dr my moms was write the whole time he’s a scam that just wants your money they also have you pee in a cup and stick it in a slot we’re multiple times he has added.l substances to my urine sample or mixed them up with someone else’s because once this starter happening I found a way to prove to my mom that it wasn’t me failing these uas and it was him or Justin the worst nastiest person they have had yet working behind the desk idk if he thinks bye special or something but this dr fires everyone behind the desk within a few months I’m guessing before benefits kick in that’s how cheap this dr is that’s getting rich off of other peoples suffering this was the cruelest most dangerous thing to my well-being a dr has ever done and for no reason other then idk he’s to lazy to write out something that could save a 3 year patient from dying of a seizure I couldn’t even believe the list of replacement drs he sent me none of them can help me at all with the most dangerous of the drugs he could prescribe me your coldness dr. I took my 22 yr old daughter to his office to treat her for her drug addiction. He initially saw her for roughly 25 minutes, sent in Rx’s for suboxone, Prozac, and Xanax. After that, he spoke to her for no more than 5 minutes over the phone once a month and called in refills, never checking on her between those 5 minute monthly calls, no drug tests... nothing. 3 months later, she died from an over dose. 2 days ago, we held her memorial. Great doctor. This is far from over with him I took my 22 yr old daughter to his office to treat her for her drug addiction. I love this place. I love Dr B. He and his wife and other assistants are honestly some of the most sincere, caring, understanding people I have ever met. My daughter likes to come because they bring their 2 dogs on the day of my appt. to play with her. I am a forever patient! I do have photos of them but I can't find at the moment.

Dr. Buscema takes his time, doesn’t rush you and always gets a complete assessment on all his patient’s. He is so sweet, kind and very easy to talk to. I enjoy our visits because he actually gets to know you, which I think is important. Call and get and appointment!! He is a wonderful Doctor with lots of experience too! Call!!

Even though I don't see him for addiction help, I like the suboxone better than being on narcotics for the rest of my life. I have had over 30 surgeries in the past 10 years. Dr. B & Donna have been above & beyond awesome to me. He is not just one of those pill mills. He always takes his times & not only listens to my complaints of pain but also what's going on in my life. He has been amazing at finding the most suitable ways to treat my pain. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Watch out with this dr. He will kick you out of his practice, via "letter" no personal phone call, no help with what ever you are going through, just here's the door. Him and his wife could care less about helping people who have serious addiction problems.

Dr. Buscema is a very helpful doctor. He actually cares about his patients. He tries to help you with what it is you need. He seems to actually care. He gets to know you and it's easy to talk to him. His staff only consists of one other person besides him and she is great. She is very friendly and does a great job scheduling, taking phone calls, payments, processing prior authorizations in a very timely manner. She has a lot of work to handle and she doesn't let it get to her.

Called to establish myself as a new client. The receptionist answered the call ON HER CELLPHONE in the car and had me on SPEAKER PHONE! She was incredibly unprofessional and has no phone etiquette whatsoever. This doctor needs to hire more professional and tactful staff.
