I have been going to Dr. Ellsworth for a while now and he is always super nice whenever I go in to see him. If I need a referral he gets it for me, with no questions asked and with no problems. Even his nurse assistant is super nice whenever I go in. But I cannot say the same for his front desk staff. His front desk staff (Bobbi and the other lady) are very disrespectful, they are rude and they always have an attitude whenever I go in. Basically seems like they don’t want to talk to me and don’t want to help me. They have always been that way since I’ve been going there and I’ve been going there for years. Unfortunately his front desk staff has driven a patient away because I honestly can not deal with the attitudes anymore and I will be looking for another family doctor. Not a clean type of place

Waited in lobby for over an hour.

I'll tell you what the Dr had worse health than probably 90% of his patients. Drs shouldn't be obese. Neither should the desk people. Then tell me to be healthy. I'll tell you w'hat

2 stars because Dr Ellsworth was overall a kind-hearted person who genuinely seemed to care, but other than that, I don’t have much good to say. As a medical professional, you should leave your personal/political beliefs at home. I thought they were taking COVID seriously, but multiple times I witnessed moments where they seemed to minimize it despite all of the signs hanging up encouraging patients to practice caution. Ex.) none of the receptionists wore masks, the doctor didn’t wash his hands after visiting 2 other rooms before mine, kept touching his face, I heard them talking about quarantine rules and how silly they were, etc. The receptionist was also somewhat rude. I waited to speak with her and she just glanced at me through the glass a few times as I waited. Eventually, I gave up and just wrote my name on the sign-in sheet figuring they’d get to me eventually and maybe this was just to help with COVID rules (they’re behind a glass and not wearing masks, so I figured it was for everyone’s safety). Nope. I turn around and sit down and THEN she finally gets up and calls to me from across the room asking if I needed anything. What? Why didn’t you do that when I was literally standing in front of the desk for 2 min? Just felt way too lax and unprofessional and the whole building (including the people in it) looked dirty and dated. I felt like I exposed and risked myself to more sicknesses by going into this place. Just wasn’t worth the “exam”-which was the most minimal exam I think I’ve ever experienced. Disappointed, because the doctor was nice but the whole ordeal was definitely not professional or clean. Had another great doctor visit here. The staff is friendly and informative. Dr. Ellsworth took the time to talk with me, answering all my questions. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or like he was in a rush. He was kind, humorous and knowledgeable.

I love my Dr. He is very caring an down to earth an seems to care instead of putting a number on his patients. He trys to be on a personal level with each one and I was comfortable with him with I had to switch over from a Dr I had been seeing my whole life that had retried. I would recommend him!

Dr. Ellsworth was a great PCP. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for his team. I have a serious prescription that I am required to stay on top of for my health. Well I needed my dose to be increased to the next dosage because it was not helping as well as I need it to. Instead of being able to communicate with my doctor for 2 minutes to simply request this at a time convenient for him, I was required to use their automated machine to put in my request. 3 days later I still had no meds and my pharmacy was unaware of such a request. So I called back and pleased to speak with the doctor once more, just to have him call me back and speak with me for a minute because I work first shift and cannot just take time off for an appointment whenever I like. The receptionist then raised her voice to me in frustration, told me I'm not his only patient and I'm not the most important (in a very condescending way) and cut me off mid sentence every time I would speak. So I will no longer be going to this office unfortunately. I wish the best for anyone that would like to feel that they matter when dealing with his team of bouncers. Dr. Ellsworth was a great PCP. Dr Ellsworth and his staff are the most amazing, kindhearted , wonderful people. You can always reach him and he will always help you .Compassion beyond measure!!!

Love this doctor. Always takes time to listen. Always concern and helpful with all my problems. Treats me with respect. Staff are always nice and friendly and helpful. Just love this place. Feel so cared for like part of a family.

Dr Charles Ellsworth and his entire staff are thee most compassionate, and caring doctors office. I have gone to several before being put in his care and thank God for him. He takes time to understand your problem, answers any questions and is never weary if the patient makes a suggestion about their own body and what we might think about something. You may call him after hours and he will get back with you in no less than a half an hour. The man is a godsend. Truest definition of a doctor.

I do not like going to the doctor, but Dr. Ellsworth makes you feel comfortable right away. He is knowledgeable and listens to all concerns your concerns.

I want Dr. Ellsworth to know i have waited quite some time in hopes i would hear from Dr. Pavaladi,wheather or not he was going to remove the cyst growing in my lumbar region. Dr. Ellsworth informed me he would have a talk with the Surgeon. I am at a loss as to WHY no one will address my medical problem. I would like to hear something. Cecil R. Miller 9-13-1943.
