Wow!!????????!!! My family and I are going through a ver hard time right now and Sierra went WAYYYYYY above and beyond to try and help our family in every possible way!! This was the greatest experience I have ever had with any phone call that I have ever been on!! If the customer service is this good, I can only imagine how fantastic their doctors must be!!! Dr. Haigh is thorough and knowledgeable and takes time to answer any and all questions

Dr. Haigh was very professional! I greatly appreciated his willingness to listen to me as a person, and patient. After the appointment I felt I was treated fairly and all of my symptoms diagnosed. Dr. Haigh’s professionalism can be seen in his staff as well. The whole team overall did an outstanding job! Thank you to all of the staff!

Charles is a great doctor! His relaxed friendly demeanor puts you at ease as a patient, and his clinical skill in diagnosing and treating is top notch. I highly recommend Charles. He is a great family doctor! I have been seeing him for a couple years now. Update: Still the best GP I've ever had, think we're going on 3 years now. Always easy to get into at the Multicare building near the Valley Hospital.

I've been seeing him for several years and he's always shown me respect, given honest medical advice, ordered proper procedures to help diagnose and I never feel like I'm being rushed while in his care.

Dr Haigh is the best primary care physician I’ve had in my 58 years. He is professional and personable. His medical acumen is far beyond the average PCP yet he has the humility to know when to refer you to a specialist. He is also my wife’s primary as well as my grown sons. We love him and feel blessed that he is our physician. I am a skeptical cynical person but have complete confidence in Dr Haigh.

Dr. Haigh had me take an x-ray & do labs for soft tissue swelling in ankles. Immediately followed thru and ordered medicine to correct issue. Very quick resolution! Superb professional in all respects.

My visit was a follow up to some symptoms I was having over the winter. Dr. Haigh reviewed my bloodwork and everything was within acceptable ranges. I have a situational problem with dizziness that is caused by an inner ear. I am at ease knowing that my condition is not serious and that alone has made a big difference as I am not experiencing any anxiety like I was before understanding the nature of it.
