I went to Dr. Charles Herring with a strained shoulder. Dr. Herring said I broke my shoulder, torn rotator cuff, broke bones C4-C7 of my neck and had many other injuries that I did not have. I saw Dr. Herring at Downey Orthopedic on Imperial hwy and he sent me to over 12 doctors who have been found guilty of medical fraud. I trusted Dr. Herring and the other doctors had my best interest in mind when they diagnosed and treated me. The Department of Justices sent me a letter saying that I was a victim of medical fraud and that many of my doctors were charged with medical fraud and found guilty. I found out recently that my shoulder and neck bones were never broken and those injuries were the main injuries Dr. Herring was treating. Dr. Herring and the other doctors would bring me to Pacific Hospital of Long Beach for surgeries and other medical treatments. Pacific Hospital was permanently closed because they were involved with one of the largest medical frauds in California history. Pacific Hospital bribed doctors with millions of dollars to do surgeries and other medical treatments at Pacific Hospital, to overprescribe lucrative medications and to send patients with certain insurance to other doctors involved with this medical fraud. In my medical records Dr. Herring and the other doctors were denied from doing surgeries and other medical treatments because they lacked medical evidence. They did the surgeries and other medical treatments anyway even though they were denied. I and other patients were put at risk when our surgeries and other medical treatments were based on bribes and kickbacks instead of patients medical needs. Dr. Charles Herring sent me to over 12 doctors who have been found guilty of medical fraud. Dr. Herring did surgeries and other medical treatments on me even though he was denied from doing them because he lacked medical evidence that I had the injuries he diagnosed and treated me for. Turns out I never had any of the injuries Dr. Herring diagnosed and treated me for for over 3 years. My doctors were bribed millions of dollars to do surgeries and other medical treatments on me and other patients with certain insurance, they were also being bribed to overprescribe lucrative medications to patients and to send me and other patients to other doctors involved with medical fraud. The Department of Justices notified me that I was a victim of medical fraud and that most of my doctors were convicted of medical fraud and what they did.

Dr. Herring is very attentive and pleasant. I have had two different accidents where Dr. Herring provided care for me. He is excellent and amazing. In one incident I went in with a rotator cuff tear. He knew immediately what was wrong and it was a long road to recovery but I am fully recovered and can operate my arm like normal. This was a very noninvasive surgery and minimal scaring. Thank you Dr. Herring.

My experience with Dr. Herring has been Excellent over 15 years he has been a Great medical provider that has been treating me for my condition and making sure that everything is as normal as possible. Though I travel a distance to see Doctor Herring, I would not replace him or his office for any other doctor!

It's always a pleasure to have a visit with Doctor Herring. He is very attentive and pleasant. I would be glad to refer him to anyone who wants good old fashion care.

I saw Dr. Herring for a consult on an ankle injury. Although surgery was not required, I really appreciated that he took the time to review everything and answer all my questions and concerns. Would definitely see him again.

He is my favorite Doctor I have been with him about ten years he has patience and he cares he listens I like that I need that with always working and no longer able to I was in a bad place afraid feeling alone he referred me to doctors that help me its hard to thank someone who you feel saved you from yourself so worried about my job my life knowing I was in deep trouble with my health worried about losing all we had worked so hard to have did all the right things the right way with so much pride missing everyone and things I used to do and share not being the wife or mother I once was can destroy a person like myself not feeling like a women so I thank the Lord he protected me with the right people around me and so I thanks Dr. Herring Always!
