Dr Hertz left us hanging while he had a very long weekend. Obviously, someone forgot to tell him this was not a preventative screening but needed as to actual problem that then required timely solution. Time for Hertz try retirement before he causes further harm. Santa Fe needs real doctors who put patients first rather than their free time!

I had a colonoscopy done by Dr.Hertz. He is very professional and efficient. The all team was very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Hertz was articulate, listened, and provided good information. I was impressed with his professional demeanor and knowledge base. He provided thoughtful explanations to my questions and did not rush me.

Dr. Hertz is very professional. He described my procedure in detail, asked if I had any questions, and generally put me at ease. After the procedure, he clearly explained results to my wife (who is an RN), as I was still waking up from sedation. We both appreciate his professional demeanor and care for me as a patient. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Hertz has been extremely perceptive and thorough in my care, and although he was treating me for gastrointestinal issues, he has also been concerned with my health and wellbeing as a whole. He ordered labs for me that likely saved my life. He is extremely responsive outside of appointments and called me as soon as the results were in to tell me to get to the hospital immediately. I required four days and nights in ICU. Thanks to his quick thinking and conscientiousness, I am alive and well
