Dr. Charles V. Klucka

Dr. Klucka in my opinion is the best allergist. He is a great listener, gives me recommendations, asks questions, allows you to talk a storm about your health and any doubts you may have. I trust him and admire his professionalism.

Very professional and helped my allergic reaction

Dr. Klucka and his ENTIRE staff are exceptional. Dr. Klucka diagnosed me after extensive testing and after following all of HOA treatment recommendation I can honestly say that my allergies have all but disappeared. I recommend him highly and unconditionallyHis staff is professional, helpful and they will even call you unsolicited to make sure you follow your treatment. Worst Manager and staff I have ever seen. I myself know how hard working for a doctors office is as I was an office manager for 4 years. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and with such rude attitude. I scheduled an appointment with them twice and was never able to be seen even though on the last occasion they were the ones who gave me the incorrect time and then called me while I was on the way to tell me the doctor would not see me! I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Klucka. Each time I walk in the staff is always so kind. The office is clean and Dr. Klucka is very thorough and eager to help you find what treatment will best work for you and your lifestyle. I couldn't ask for a better allergist. :)

Dr. Klucka is a caring and competent doctor. He took the time to review my history when I transferred to the area and to develop a care plan moving forward. His staff are all friendly and responsive. They have a safe office with covid protocols in place.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Klucka. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. I also had a very nice experience at the office, all of the staff were very accommodating, inviting, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything to me and was extremely patient answering all of my questions. He made me feel very comfortable in helping me to understand what was going on and helping to develop a game plan on how to get better. I am so glad I was referred to their practice, I drove all the way from Marco Island to be a patient of theirs and I will continue to make the commute for my future visits without hesitation. Going to this doctor for many years for asthma and allergies. Never found staff unfriendly and quite pleased with rears of care. Only complaint is pretty long wait between taken to exam room and finally having doctor come in.

Ive been going to this office years and I’ve had great experience until I ran into a manger Daniel there. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully on the phone and I couldn’t believe that a person was speaking to one of their paying patients like that. Its hurtful because I think the doctor is great. After 3 months of severe hives and angioedema, 3 ER visits of them insisting I had an allergy and pumping me full of steroids, I was finally referred to Dr. . Within 20 minutes he determined I did not have an allergy (which I knew) and that I had CIU. He started the process of upping my antihistamines and lowering steroids until I was no longer on them. That did not work so I called his office a few days before my follow to request a Xolair injection, which was discussed at the first appointment. When I arrived they had the injection waiting for me and I have been hive free for a month. I read previous comments that they were rude in the office, yes they can be a bit brash. But its worth dealing with that to see Dr. Klucka and have my quality of life back. Nothing else matters. Warning: office staff and office manager are very rude and abrasive. Daniel specifically. I had scheduled a new patient appointment a month out and it was cancelled by them without my knowledge. When I called to speak with Daniel the office manager he didn’t even give me a chance to explain the situation. When asked if they had a corporate or HR department he said no. Which is unlikely with any organization. Daniel abruptly ended the call saying we don’t want your business and add. Klucka will back up my decision. I’ve never been treated this way by an office before. If this is any indication about what the rest of the staff is like or the doctors there I wouldn’t recommend it.

The only way to fix the staff issues at this office is to make a stand. This specialist is an hour from my home. Third time we have had scheduling issues, this time, drove down only to find out that they had AGAIN messed up the appointment, this time, putting it in the calendar for a totally different month than agreed. The answer was to come back at 1pm for a 9am appointment. Another 2 hour round trip drive for nothing. YOU MUST FIX THIS ISSUE, for goodness sake fire somebody and hire pros

The office staff, outside of the nurses, is not friendly and is only helpful in the sense that they do what they need to to get by. The doctor appears knowledgeable enough, seemed to listen, but upon reviewing my medical records I found several errors. What I did not appreciate was being told that my symptoms were likely emotional. Just because I am female does not mean that symptoms are all in my head, especially when I have previous history. This office is old school in the WORST way.

Excellent Dr all around. Great staff!

I have received allergy shots for over 40 years. Retired in Punta Gorda now, and I had been advised that Dr. Klucka is the go-to guy. I have recommended him many times. Easy-going and respectful doctor, thorough and good communicator. When I go in to get my monthly shot, I only have a brief wait while they prepare my serum. Always cheerful staff, and I always grab a little piece of candy on my way out.
