My family was warned by a few different people before my husband and son went to Dr.Krill that he was a crook, but we didn’t listen. Shame on us, because he is. Stopped going there immediately after realizing this. Also, beware, if you go to him and then decide to change to another dentist, he charges you $20 per patient to give you your own X-rays . The X-rays they were paid to take. In my husbands case, they weren’t even the ones who took the X-rays . We had to learn the hard way. I would give them 0 stars but it's not possible on this site. STAY AWAY from this office!! Never have we experienced such horrible rude office staff in 50 years!! Dr Krill seemed nice but the stink starts from the head!

Staff was very kind especially the young woman named Denise. I believe she is the office Manager. The Dentist that saw her was funny but at the same time professional. Overall it was a great experience.

Location is convenient for me, staff is polite and inviting, and the work they do is professional. Very happy and would recommend dr. Krill to anyone.

My whole family went to him on 8/12/13 and it was pretty quick didn't have to wait long at all. I have gone into some where I was waiting for like an hr and half b4 I was seen! granted, this was our very first time but everyone was friendly and Dr.Krill was nice. Avoid this dentist! Find someone else with integrity. They refused to fix my husbands teeth unless we ordered a $400.00 tooth guard that was not covered by our insurance. They insisted that he grinds his teeth, which we both swear he doesn't. After several phone calls and face to face discussions, we could not get them to budge and felt we had no other choice but to order the guard because his teeth were bugging him so bad. They also refused to allow my children to be seen by the dentist. In the course of 2010, they changed their minds 3 times as to whether they would take our insurance. First they said they would and I made appointments. When it came time for the appointments they said they had decided not to take Safeguard any more. When we were trying to get Safegaurd to reassign us to a new dentist, because Krill wasn't accepting it anymore, Safeguard called Krill and they said they would allow it for us. After that, 3 times in a row, they called the day before the appointment to cancel and tell us we had to reschedule. Each time it was a month to a month and a half out, then they would cancel again. After the 3rd time when I was rescheduling they told me the kids could only get their teeth cleaned. A hygentist would clean them and they would not be checked for cavities because Safegaurd didn't pay enough for the dentist's time. Exasperating. Save yourself a headache and find another dentist.
