pleasant experience. best I had in a long while
The actual service was good other than my filling failing. My rating is based on the fact that their billing department doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. Everything cost significantly more than estimated and their letters/explanations are so poorly worded it’s hard to feel that they are looking out for patients. Would not recommend based solely on the inconsistent pricing and surprise billings.
Very nice team, comfortable and clean, Dr. Lau is very caring.
Dr. Lau is really nice and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes his time to really listen to concerns and come up with a plan together. Highly recommend this office!
