Ii was very nervous and worried about the procedure but Dr Nutting was very helpful and professional in explaining how the procedure was going to be. He put my fears to rest. The nurse and office people were wonderful and professional.

Spent over 7 years researching options to resolve problematic BPH symptoms. The tablets prescribed had unwelcome side effects and the surgery options had lengthy and unpleasant recovery times, as well as potentially worrying side effects. I came across details on the PAE option about a year ago and researched it thoroughly as it seemed to good to be true. Having determined it seemed by far the best option I searched for a specialist who had the successful experience of several hundred procedures. Dr Nuttings video was excellent and my initial visit to his Surgery bore out my research. I was seen immediately, his staff were very pleasant and Dr Nutting himself was both reassuring and extremely experienced in PAE. I had PAE a week later which in itself was painless and over within ninety minutes. Recovery was painless, I need not need the strongest painkillers and a month later I no longer have BPH symptoms. The whole experience with Dr Nutting has been the very best.

I had seen ECCO's ad on TV and felt that it addressed a health problem I had. I went to ECCO for help in improving my health. Dr Nutting and the entire staff we excellent. In just a couple of hours I was out of the office. Within just a couple of weeks I had noticeable improvement and still improving. The only negative, I waited so long to have the procedure performed. It was a great decision to go to ECCO.

I went to Dr. Nutting for Y-90 and bead embolization procedure to shrink liver tumors. He was fabulous, as was his staff. Because I was very recently diagnosed with neuroendocrine tumors, he helped by explaining procedure and after effects. He and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel better about your situation and show a level of care I have not experienced anywhere else. I am glad we found him for my treatment.

I just had my PAE procedure yesterday. I was very impressed with the level of attention and professionalism that ECCO Medical provided. Dr. Nutting, Adam, Cassie, and the rest of the staff are second to none. I had been dealing with prostate (BPH) symptoms for a while. The meds helped a bit, but after extensive research I finally discovered that PAE was the best choice for someone like me with such a large prostate. Much less invasive then other treatments and less side effects as well. Only some mild discomfort after only one day. I couldn't be happier! Amazingly, my level of flow has already improved and I'm looking forward to improving even more in the days to come. I highly recommend Dr. Nutting and his staff at ECCO Medical. Awesome staff, fast awesome results. For BPH, this is the ticket! Much less invasive than a TURP. Had positive improvement days later, not months like the other procedures. Shrinking the prostate at the capillary level with nothing going up your Peter makes more sense than grinding it up, shooting steam, zapping it with a laser or whatever. Urologists don’t sell this so they won’t even tell you about it. If a urologist wants to do a urolift, RUN, don’t walk out of the office… Dr. Nutting was great!

Dr Nutting and staff were exceptional in not only explaining details of what my 2 visits would be and thru completion, but in preparation, care and kindness. (I received liver mapping and Y90) Nothing but good things to say when you’ve been dealing with treatments and surgeries for my neuroendocrine cancer at other facilities as well thru the years.

My experience with Dr. Nutting was absolutely positive. I experienced marked improvement with my prostate issues. In the month since my procedure I have continued to have increased improvement. I highly recommend Dr. Nutting and his practice.

Nutting and staff are the best in the world! Treatment is very effective. Everyone is HIGHLY SKILLED. Facilities are up-to-date, ultra clean, very comfortable, without being ostentatious. If you want to live longer, I suggest calling ECCO!

For 20 years I have taken medication for BPH. Over time my symptoms became more pronounced. Getting up 7 or 8 times to urinate each night and the urgency to find a restroom in public places was affecting my quality of life. My 82 year old friend got a Urolift which gave him comfort for two months and then he was back to square one. I searched for a less invasive procedure with a better track record. This brought me to PAE (Prostate Arterial Embolectomy). There are a few interventional radiologists in the U.S. that do this procedure. My research concluded Dr. Nutting would be the IR for me. I was right. After a Zoom conference with Dr. Nutting explaining what I could expect, I scheduled the procedure. Local anesthesia was used. A needle in the arm was the most pain I felt. There literally was no pain during the procedure. I walked out the the door of ECCO Medical knowing I made the right decision. One month later and I have my life back. Dr. Nutting is the best.

I was a patient of Dr. Nutting’s a few years ago. He is an excellent Doctor. One of the best I am aware of. He performed a PAE on me which was amazingly successful. He is skilled, technically savvy and great at his job. This was a relatively pain free procedure, with a short recovery time. The results have been excellent. Excellent care from the moment I walked in. I had to go to Sky Ridge rather than the clinic because of my need to expedite the port placement. Sky Ridge protocols made me feel very safe. Dr. Nutting and every member of the staff were exceptional. I would recommend highly to anyone!

A month after undergoing a Prostate Artery Embolization, I am no longer experiencing any adverse symptoms. My experience interacting with Dr. Charles Netting and the staff at ECCO has been excellent in every respect.

Dr Nutting is first class, and I'm grateful that he is pursuing embolization treatment for prostate. My prostate was extremely enlarged (not cancer) and my PSA value was over 12. After the treatment I started noticing relief and my PSA is now around 2. I feel completely normal. This treatment works!

Dr.Nutting was so thorough in reviewing my case history, and interventional imaging. He provided an excellent summary of his recommendation for next steps in resolving my 7yr old occluded common Iliac vein stent. I agreed to the procedure and he succeeded in opening that occluded stent and placing another inside. I couldn't be happier with my results.

I just had my second embolization on my liver by Dr Charles Nutting October 7,2020. This one was a bland embolization on my right side of my liver . He filled it full of the beads to cut off the blood supply to shrink my tumor. He had to use radiation on the left side in Feb,2020. Both times Dr Nutting was just fantastic. I had heard about him years ago from previous patients saying he was the in the US. His staff was so kind and caring. One of his Nurses , Dawn took care of me and she was so caring and I felt so at ease with her. After my procedure was done Dr Nutting took the time to explain exactly how the procedure went and assured my family as to what to do incase any problems came up . Very professional and nice B I love he is part of Dr Eric Liu’s medical team . We live in Tulsa Ok. A 10 hour drive for us But we would have gone even further for the good care Thank you ?? ??

Interaction with his clinic staff was superb, efficient, and friendly. Forwarding appropriate medical history, tests, and radiologic studies was easy. As I live 500 miles away from Denver, Dr. Nutting and I had a teleconference office visit for evaluation and discussion of the PAE procedure. Dr. Nutting was very pleasant to talk with, took his time and was thorough explaining the entire peri-procedure experience. He was also very responsive to questions and concerns I had. His clinic is very easy to find, and lodging arrangement couldn't be easier as there's an excellent hotel directly across the street from his clinic. As an anesthesiologist for 30 years, I found his clinic and staff to be highly professional, well-trained, and very warm and friendly. The procedure and post-procedure recovery was quite pleasant from a patient standpoint.My post-procedure symptoms were very mild and lasted roughly one week. I definitely give Dr. Nutting, his clinic, and his staff 5 stars.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nutting for five years. For the first 4 of those years, he was mostly an expert consultant for me regarding a rare cancer that I had. This year my situation escalated and I immediately went to him for help. Dr. Nutting is the best interventional radiologist in Colorado, hands down.

Dr. Nutting saved my life, his skills are just incredible. I am very fortunate to have him for my Dr. On top of all this, he is a very "down to earth" person.

As everyone else on this review has stated, my experience too, was really quite rewarding. The procedure "prostrate artery embolization" was for me a huge relief with absolutely no side effects. For all of you seniors out there with these issues, PAE is the answer! And Dr Nutting was as kind and compassionate and responsive as one could ask for. Dr Nutting is incredibly talented, professional and should be rated in the top tier of physicians in every category. His entire team kept me calm, comfortable and checked up on me several times post procedure. I traveled from Missouri to Denver to be treated by Dr Nutting and would not hesitate to do so again.

I recently had my 3rd Y90 liver targeted treatment for metastatic ocular melanoma by Dr. Nutting....yes, my 3rd! In 2013, 8 1/2 years after my initial diagnosis with Ocular Melanoma, my primary cancer had metastasized to my liver. I was referred to Dr. Nutting and he performed Y90 liver targeted treatment. In April 2014, after some progression, he performed a 2nd Y90 liver targeted treatment. My liver metastasis was stable until Jan 2020. After being disqualified from a clinical trial this Spring, my medical oncologist recommended I consult with Dr. Nutting about possibly doing a 3rd Y90 liver targeted treatment. After review and consultation, a 3rd Y90 liver targeted treatment recently took place. Having the treatment in the clinic vs. in a hospital setting was relaxing and convenient. The staff he surrounds himself with amazes me and I continue to be impressed by Dr. Nutting's enthusiasm about the work he does and the confidence he has in the procedures he performs.

Dr. Nutting is, without exaggeration, the best doctor I have ever seen. He carried out a prostate artery embolization (PAE) on me. In our discussions before and after the procedure, he was thorough in explaining all the benefits and possible problems with me. He listened and even followed up on some information that I found of the web. He went out of his way to support my case with my insurance. During the procedure he was outstanding in his competence and persistence to produce an optimal result. (One staff member later mentioned how good Dr. Nutting is in what he does.) Throughout everything, Dr. Nutting was genuinely supportive and responded quickly via text. In addition, the staff working with Dr. Nutting were excellent in their knowledge and helpfulness. I wish I could find other doctors who are as helpful and competent. P.S.: I’m also very glad that I went with a PAE as opposed to the TURP procedure that my urologist recommended.

Dr. Nutting performed the Y90 procedure on my liver for ovarian cancer that had metastasized to my liver. He came highly recommended and I can see why. He was so professional and knowledgeable, and when ever I bring his name up, for instance at chemo, all the nurses know him and always comment on how great he is. I picked the right doctor!!

The compassion and caring along with his ability to listen to work out the best way to achieve your goals are unsurpassed! I have been in and out of the hospital since 2009 and I have a port accessed 24/7. On 9/5 I called his office in major pain. He was working in the hospital that day. His wonderful office staff called and passed on my need. He added me to his OR schedule and took care of me later that day! Thank you!
