Dr. Charles Glenn Stone JR.

I had a tooth extraction and dental implant performed by Dr. Stone. I must say he and his staff are superb. Not only do I have no pain or swelling the day following surgery; I was most pleased to get a text from Dr. Stone checking to see how I was feeling. Highly recommend him for his services and personal attention given to his patients.

The absolute ONLY reason I give this a 2 star is because the assistant Kylie was great at trying to help my mom. Dr. Stone on the other hand was absolutely rude & had no care in the world of the issues & fears my mom has. She has to have gas when in any dental chair, but especially an major oral procedure. Her main dr wrote minimal or local anesthetic on her orders. Dr. Stone told her yo quit moving when she was shaking due to an anxiety attack. She had NO gas, NO local anesthesia. A Tony bit of morphine & treated as if she was seaking some high powered pain meds. She follows her dr's orders very well & is very responsible with what meds she is given & how it interacts with her regular daily meds. Dr. Charles G. Stone, Jr office staff is the most professional and kind staff that you will meet. Behind the mask they have a smile in their eyes and a friendly voice. When you meet Dr. Charles G.Stone, Jr, he is very professional and kind as well. He treats you as if he has all day for you, answer all your questions that you have right then. After your procedure the nurses take good care of you. And when you are leaving Dr Charles G Stone, Jr comes to the door and waves good by. Surgically removed a tooth. Local anesthesia and was awake through the whole thing. No pain whatsoever best experience I've had with a dentist .

Everything was explained in detail; videos were sent to us prior to my son’s appointment. Detailed information was also provided to us immediately after his surgery. The employees were very friendly, as well.

The entire staff was very friendly and Dr Stone explained everything very well. My son was very comfortable through the whole procedure. Care before and after was exemplary.

Very friendly staff, helped me feel less nervous before my surgery. They make sure you're well informed about your procedure and everything else involved (payment, aftercare, etc). I recommend them highly :)

My son had his wisdom teeth removed. We had a great experience from check in, to the procedure, and to the recovery. He recovered very quickly with minimal discomfort. I definitely recommend them!

I was pleased with the removal of my wisdom teeth. Even after the sedation had left I was not in pain due to their guidance and easy to follow instructions. Thank you Dr. Stone for the successful removal, and the awesome staff for making my experience pleasantly done!!

Had my wisdome teeth removed here. I felt very comfortable leading up to the procedure and the results were wonderful! I had no problems, besides the expected pain (but it wasn't near as bad as I thought it would be). Everyone was incredibly nice and Dr. Charles did an amazing job.

Dr. Charles Stone and staff provided excellent care as well as made me feel at ease. The clinic provided easy to understand instruction for care after my procedure. The procedure was painless and the healing process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend Southern Surgical Arts.

Very pleasant and not scary at all. Very very little pain and in my opinion and experience, tells of the professionalism and care in the procedure performed.

Excellent care and follow up. This was the first time I had ever had a tooth pulled. All the ladies were so caring and attentive! Dr Brian Stone was my doctor and I have to say he was so patient in explaining the procedure and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Highly recommend his entire office.

Dr Stone is very professional and straight forward. I liked his direct communication about recovery times and his willingness to answer questions. For a first time visit I was really impressed. Dr. Stone did a awesome job.

Very informative, thoughtful, and compassionate medical team. I would definitely use them again and recomend this facility and team to anyone.

It was a wonderful experience, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The service was fast, did not have to wait. What I really appreciate that went the extra mile with a very nice heated blanket.

2nd visit. Had two wisdom teeth removed at each visit. Great organization of appointments. Minimal wait time. Courteous and caring staff. Highly recommend!

I had to have some some dental surgery prior to radiation treatments for cancer. Dr. Charles Stone did the surgery. I could not have been more pleased with the procedure and his professionalism and caring attitude. Absolutely great facility filled with​ quality caregivers. I had a great experience with Dr. Stone at Southern Surgical Arts. He and his staff were kind and able to answer all my questions! They were helpful, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was cared for. This was the most painless dental experience I’ve had and would gladly recommend Dr. Stone to anyone!

My dentist recommended Dr. Charles Stone (and others) as I needed immediate attention for several significant dental problems. I called around locally for appointments and was told that the waiting time exceeded a month. Since I lived 75 miles from Tyler, I finally called Dr. Stone's office for an appointment and only had a week's waiting period. However, later the same day, I was called and offered an appointment the next day, because of a cancellation and the staff understanding the severity of my problems. I was able to complete much of the paper flow online which was very convenient and appreciated. I arrived and was welcomed by the staff. I waited in the well appointed lounge for a short period of time and then met Dr. Stone. We addressed my problems, a plan was adopted and I left a happy camper since I had been well treated and, most importantly for me, Dr. Stone listened to me (I live in East Texas now and the doctors for the most part are quite paternal and they do not listen to their patients!!). The procedure was completed on the next visit and I was very happy with everything. Being a retired clinical specialist for 40 years, I knew what to look for at the office and procedure rooms. I was impressed with the state-of-the-art equipment, the proper monitoring procedures, the cleanliness of the entire facility and the attention to aseptic technique. Post-op instructions were clear and well explained. So, as my grandfather used to say, they done good. I have seen them several times since then for follow-ups and additional procedures and have never been disappointed with their dedication to their patients and their remarkable professionalism. As a retired person, cost is important to me, and I found their rates to be quite reasonable. I recommend them to whomever might be reading this voluntary and well deserved review without reservation. I cannot thank Dr. Stone and his staff enough for the most excellent care I have ever received. He does amazing work! My extreme fear of dental work is no longer there thanks to the compassionate, honest and great care I received from him and his nurses. Forever grateful!
