Good experience. One of the 3 doctor visits that did not require me to plead my case or argue the findings of my imaging reports. I greatly appreciate Dr. West.

Very professional and knowledgea... - Very professional and knowledgeable about my condition.

Dr. West recently did a procedure on my almost 100 year old grandmother! He met with us and explained the procedure then ran tests to be sure she could handle it. The tests came back saying she was good for the surgery and he explained the procedure in detail to both of us so she would know what to expect. He felt very confident that he could perform the surgery with great success and that she would be able to handle it. All of that was true - thank God! Dr. West even went above and beyond by calling us the night before the surgery to explain everything again (on speaker phone with multiple family members). He is a very caring doctor who will explain things to you and make you feel at ease in his care. I would highly recommend Dr. Charles West! Dr West is the best cardiologist!. I cannot rave enough about his dedication and work ethics. He first did my dad's surgery roughly around 10 years ago when he used to practice in St Luke's hospital ( Houston medical center). My dad was told that he would need his arm amputated because there was nothing they could do for him at a different hospital. Thankfully we were referred to Dr West. He immediately took action and performed the surgery and saved his arm and life. Most recently my mom had a very similar situation where a hospital in houston try to perform a vascular surgery and were not successful. Right away they opted to suggest to amputate her leg. We found Dr West had moved to Fort worth and drove her there .Once again he did what he does best. He saved my mom's leg and ultimately her life too. My siblings and I cannot thank him enough for coming through with his special talent and looking out for my mom's best interest. The staff is also very attentive and courteous. Dr. West is one of my highest rated doctors that I have every seen. I was in very bad shape back in 2008 and my toes were turning black. I asked him would he recommend surgery or medication. He said surgery. In 2008 he saved my leg doing vascular surgery replacing arteries in my right leg. Since then he has done my left legs. I rate him a 10+ all the way. At first he was with Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He is now with Texas Health in Ft. Worth, Texas. Dr West is a great Doctor he and Dr Wise explain the procedures so that you can understand. Very friendly Dr's and Staff. Highly Recommend.

Great friendly staff at check-in and nurses, Mike and Dr. West. They are always so nice and friendly and they remember who you are without you tell them. Love the girls in reception check-in all of them.

As always, Dr West does a great job, He is a very caring physician, and is great at what he specializes in! He has great staff and they are always courteous and willing to help anyway possible!

Dr. West is truly an amazing surgeon. I saw him for a rare condition I was born with and desperately needed surgery for. The surgery went off without a hitch and I’m doing great! Him and his PA, Joel truly care about their patients and will sit there and make sure to answer all of your questions or concerns. His office staff is incredible too! My first appointment to see Dr West was an excellent experience. He was so encouraging and complete with my exam and previous medical history. His staff was courteous and beyond competent. Tests were done at my first appointment and more testing scheduled within a week even though it was during the Christmas season. I was very impressed and encouraged that I will receive help with a long ongoing debilitating medical problem. My first appointment to see Dr West was an excellent experience. Dr West is great. Very friendly and attentive. Staff were all friendly as well.

This doctor staff lied to me twice a day. Thursday, Friday, and Monday till I went to pick up my records Tuesday. I traveled from Nevada and was very disappointed ay my no treatment. His assistant called after I picked up my records. He said Dr. West said based his experience he could not do anything for me. I went off 60 other people recommendations. I was completely shocked. Dr West has the best bedside manner and explained every option for our patient as well as he answered any questions we had . He was very detailed and spent enough time with us to make sure we were good. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr West!

Dr. West stumbled around without properly investigating, diagnosing and treating my troubled condition, causing me much pain, suffering and excessive EXPENSE. BEWARE of Dr. West.

I became acquainted with Dr. West at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston near where I lived...before he moved to Ft. Worth. Thanks to Dr. West who figured out what my health issue was, did surgery and now my quality of life has improved...Texas Health Harris provide great care for my recovery.

Dr. West did an emergency surgery on my dad in Houston, TX and did an outstanding job! I live out of town, so it was difficult not to be there. It was comforting to know Dr. West had truly cared for my dad with the utmost skill and kindness. Awesome doctor! He deserves 10 stars!
