My son greatly needed ear tubes. Dr. Wright took his time and explained everything thoroughly and was easy to understand. I didn't feel like just another case, I really felt like he cared about my son and our family and had our backs. After seeing the seriousness of my son's case, got us scheduled asap. THEN... the blizzard hit. The roads were ice and everything was closing... I was a mess with worry that my boy's surgery would be cancelled and my son would continue to be in pain even longer than he had been already. I couldn't believe it... but Dr. Wright didn't cancel!!! He literally braved the storm to show up and perform the surgery. When I thanked him for coming through, he mentioned that because the roads were unsafe, he had literally walked to the hospital to be there for us. How often in this world do you find an MD who will literally walk, in a blizzard, to show up for your family? Never maybe?! Dr. Wright is the real deal, and I'm so grateful for him. 10/10

Im really very thankfull to Dr. Wright who did my surgery. Now i can smile like before and my life goes back to the normal. The nurse is so supportive and proffesional too. Good jobbbb

Dr Charles Wright provides excellent and state of the art care, and I am very fortunate to have had my nasosinus condition treated by him. Since the onset of Covid 19, visiting the allergy clinic for allergy shots has been largely a miserable experience, possibly due to a personnel change. Difficult to be greeted in a non argumentative manner and be politely identified. I can’t say enough how much I love Dr Wright and Crystal. After months of the worst sinus infection ever and going to my PCP, Allergy and Asthma doctor, Urgent Care and a horrible ENT, all who failed me. I found Dr Wright online. Dr Wright takes time to explain everything in a way you can understand, he’s takes his time and is the most amazing doctor you will ever meet. Dr. Wright was very professional and thorough. He listened to every concern I had. The office staff was very courteous and fast. I was seen within fifteen minutes of checkin. Everyone was so nice. I felt well taken care of.

My daughter was diagnosed with a mass in her sub-mandibular salivary gland, and Dr. Wright performed the surgery to remove the mass and the gland. As he worked with us through the diagnosis and testing, and then through the surgery, he was very open and thorough in his explanations and sharing about the situation, our options and the surgical plan. He answered all our questions and made my daughter comfortable with the plan and her decisions regarding the surgery and treatment. Post surgery, Dr. Wright remained engaged and interested in her recovery, and clearly took a personal interest in her comfort and well-being. We were all thankful for Dr. Wright's straightforward communication, attentive care, and the obvious pride he takes in his work.

Dr Wright made me feel unwelcome and was very rude with smart remarks about my nose just because I had used cocaine and my nose started bleeding. Most likely because I’m black to. I would never in my life Go back.

If you found Dr. Wright, your very lucky, he should be your ENT doctor. Dr. Wright has cared for me for since I started getting chronic sinus infections. I had a complete septoplasty (deviated septum and maxillary sinuses) and balloon sinuplasty (frontal sinuses). I attribute my excellent recovery to his care and skill during the procedures. Dr. Wright is patient, thorough, takes his time with patients and explains everything. Krystle at his office is the perfect complement to the team. She has excellent communication, takes her time to explain processes and timelines, and is very personable. I highly recommend Dr. Wright. Dr. Wright has been very helpful through my battle with sinus and allergy issues. He's very kind and really takes the time to explain things to you. He is also more conservative and not the doctor to rush you into surgery or frankly anything you aren't totally comfortable with. I have referred many people to him and will continue to do so! This is THE guy. If your reading this review, you’ve found your next ENT. As a former medical malpractice attorney I know a good Dr. when I see one. I found a fantastic doctor with Dr. Wright. He has a seriousness of purpose in his work which is exactly what you need. Performed my sons tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy in May and we were so pleased with the results. My son is now sleeping easily without apnea and is much better rested. Couldn't have been happier with Dr. Wright's professionalism and the overall experience at Centennial.

Dr. Wright performed adenoids and tonsil surgery on our then 2.5 year old. A very young case but very needed. Dr. Wright's confidence and transparency with us was awesome. His bedside manner and follow up with us and on son when we returned were spot on. Post surgery rules were made and suggested to just follow what our son is feeling while still keeping an eye on signs or concerns. Everything was super. Highly recommend. After seeing many doctors in Ky, I was referred to Dr. Wright for a problem following radiation therapy on my throat. Even though he had never seen me prior to radiation, Dr. Wright worked diligently to find a solution to the problem. He worked with me and listened to every concern I had. He even personally called to check on me and give me test results between visits so I wouldn't worry. Highly Recommended!! Just overlook the remodeling.

He was courteous, thorough, and took his time explaining things to me. I was also really impressed with the first doctor who did a hearing evaluation on me before even meeting Dr. Wright. The front staff was also courteous. Overall very happy with my overall experience.
