Actually listened to my issues and we worked together to form a care plan. He genuinely seems to care for his patients

Dr. Smith is amazing- very helpful and listens to my concerns. He is very upfront and personal with his patients, which helps promote patient-doctor trust.

Dr Smith is the best Doctor in Southern Illinois. He listens to you and works with you to get you well. I would recommend him above and be on any other doctor out there.

Great experience. Excellent bedside manner, very knowledgeable and listens to you. So glad I switched to him.

My daughter and I needed a new doc and I wanted to find a female because my daughter is very anxious and awkward and I thought that would help ease her mind. That wasn't a option so we gave Dr. Smith a shot and I couldn't be happier. He was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough, so relatable and made us both feel great about the whole experience. We will definitely be sticking with him. Always cheerful, listens to concerns and takes his time explaining everything. Very telling: he is respectful and attentive not only to me & my son but treats the nurses with obvious respect. Very happy he is handling my son's wound care.

Compassionate, thoughtful and intelligent. Best bedside manner in So IL hands down.

He was so friendly and our 3 yo son loved him, too! So grateful to have found such a great primary physician in our new town !

He has as great personality and is very easy to talk to. He really listens to my concerns. I am very pleased with him!

Dr. Smith is personable and takes time to listen to all concerns. Respects the patients input without judgement. We would highly recommend him and have. His nurse, Susannah, is also so friendly and caring.
