Dr. Chee K. Ho

I made an appointment with Dr. Ho for my annual physical check. When the day I arrived, the assistant gave me a simple check such as Blood presure, weight, height, then I was taken to a room to wait, About 10 minutes, Dr. Ho came in and asked me out of the room and signed on a paper with the dada of weight, height, blood presure, then that's all for my annual physical check. After a couple of days I received a bill, it showed my visit is for my eye problem. I called Dr. ho's office several times to ask them to correct, didn't response. I am so disappionted with Dr. Ho's service at this appointment.

Dr Ho is an excellent D.O. He has made difficult diagnoses, is very caring and interested in his patients and spends whatever time is needed with them. He has helped me and many of our friends, especially with neuromuscular issues. He diagnosed Shingles very early for a friend, prescribed medication so that she had a very light case. His office is warm and friendly. Rarely is there a wait. Highly recommend.

Staffs are very friendly and professional. Dr Ho. is very knowledgeable in family practice. He takes his time to listen to my symptoms. He is never in a hurry to move to another patient before I get a clear understanding of my symptoms. He and his staffs will follow up to make sure I am ok. I highly recommend Dr. Ho.

Office staff is rude and unprofessional. I made an appointment for the next day but had a scheduling conflict and called to try and get in another time but they couldn't do it so I had to cancel. They called me back and told me they didn't want me as a patient because I cancelled. They said it was their office policy. They never told me this when I cancelled. I tried to speak to the office manger or the Dr. to explain but they refused. I left messages for the Dr. but never received a call back.
