I am ftm and she did a wonderful job on my top surgery. She grafted new nimples and I have feeling in them both. Super lgbtqa+ friendly and staff were great!

This surgeon is extremely unprofessional and highly inappropriate. My boyfriend went in for a top surgery consultation and Cherrie Heinrich was extremely unprofessional with him. She repeatedly brought up if he was going to have kids even though he told her flat out that he wasn't going to. She kept suggesting kids because of his biological female parts, and said, “well until we remove the body parts there’s still a chance”. She also said something (that I will keep confidential) that highly hurt my boyfriend and he will genuinely now think about for the months up until he gets top surgery. She said many things that highly affected my boyfriend and his dysphoria, in a really horrible way.

Dr. Heinrich listened and understood my concerns and desires for post-surgical outcome. I'm beyond happy with my results and would recommend her to anyone.

She is great, is an artist.

Dr. Heinrich is fantastic and so nice!. She listened so well as to my concerns for having to pay out of pocket for all of my visits due to high premiums and high deductible. I recommend Dr. Heinrich. She is professional, confident, kind, and forward thinking. She has helped me through a very tough situation. She has considered all of my thoughts and concerns with impressive precision and confidence. And her staff is incredibly kind and caring. ??

I was really impressed with Dr. Heinrich from the time I first met her. Friendly and knowledgeable, answers all questions.

I like her. I had breast cancer surgery, thought I would lose everything and she said that because where my tumor was located that we could save the nipples and the skin. That is what we did, and on the day of surgery she was going to do her part and insert the breast implants behind the muscles, she found a lymph node under the muscle that was full of cancer cells. The breast surgeon had to take out nine lymph nodes total. Thanks to Dr. Heinrich for finding it!

My 22 month old son had emergency surgery to repair lacerations to his face after our dog bit him. Dr. Heinrich was great and her supportive staff made us feel safe and helped us relax while our baby was in surgery.

A very nice doctor but I was not informed how different the healing process was for a radiated breast. Well, needless to say that my life had changed and I have never had such a bad experience as I did. I am scarred for life. I would never suggest Dr. Heinrich for plastic surgery. The shame of it all is there's not too many plastic surgeons that accept health Ins. so we are at their mercy and I think that is just wrong. I hope this gets posted so all B.C. patients don't go thru what I did.
