Dr. Chester Lee Strunk JR.

To be clear, I never got past the front desk staff, Christina and Marisol, who systematically showed a substantial amount of unprofessional behavior. Dr. Strunk may well be a great doctor, but seems to be unaware of how poorly his staff cares for his potential new patients. For almost the first half of an hour, 8am to 8:20ish, this morning I tried calling to confirm my first appointment. I got an outgoing message from a personal number belonging to Marisol. I thought I had the wrong number, which is listed on their website. Makes me wonder how many potential new patients simply hang up and move on. I finally got to speak with Christina. Christina was short with me and seems irritated by questions from new patients. This pandemic is not an excuse for what I witnessed with medical desk staff, this medical facility. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, I had been suffering with a sinus infection for a month, I felt like an elephant had his foot on my nose. Dr.Strunk checked me did a CT SCAN of sinus,,ordered me2 nasal sprays and antibiotics for 10 days now I can breathe much better.

Dr. Strunk is very patient and kind. He also won't quit if he gets stumped and does only necessary tests. He's truly wanting to help you. I find him a humble doctor. His nurse is also wonderful! I definitely would recommend seeing him!!!

Very thorough. Listens. Examines. Explains. I highly recommend.

Great doctor, but I never wsit less than an hour to see him. His frint desk needs to figure out schedulung, as the patient's time is valuable, too.
