Level of care is bad, they do not listen to what you say , their only concern is how many times they can bill you and your insurance without providing care that you need, stay away! Places like this give good doctors a bad name, anyone working there should be ashamed of taking advantage of trusting patients

I just had my first appt with Dr. Ting and was very happy with my experience… when I called to schedule the girl on the phone was amazing, when I came in the front desk girl was very nice as was the nurse that took me in and lastly the check out girl. Stay away, shady billing and poor level of care, They don't care and they don't even pretend too, absolute nightmare

Do not recommend , there are much better choices, the office policy is to schedule needless appointment to charge your insurance, caution is advised

Dr Ting Is extremely knowledgeable he makes you feel very comfortable he’s very transparent he’s to the point he’s respectful and what I like about him the most he listens to you does not rush you and when he answers you he looks directly into your eyes when you’re in the examining room with him he’s with you 100% there’s no interruptions there’s no text messages there’s no excuse me I have to take this call like I have seen in many other doctors offices As far as the office staff goes everybody is very courteous you can see everything is well organized they're all very friendly while being all about business As far as the office the waiting area and including the examination rooms everything is very clean the equipment,counters,walls the floors very impressive So I would recommend Dr. Thing and the Safecare medical staff to anybody with 100 % confidence

Great doctor and great office, very caring

Terrible service. He was always in a hurry and dismissive of my questions and concerns. After very quickly answering two of my question, he stood up left the room and said he had to many things to do to answer more of my questions. It was my first and last time going to Safecare Medical Center.

The best PCP Practice I have ever been to. Everyone is so welcoming and very caring. I see Dr. Ting and he takes his time and listens to everything you have to say during your visit. I always leave happy with a great all around experience. Safecare has an onsite lab so I never have to waste time at quest or labcorp to draw blood and office hours are extended for later apts. I doubt you'll find any place like it. I've also seen Dr. Wilbur and he to is fabulous at patient care. They also have two Physician Assistants who are outstanding and also take their time at each apt visit. The level of care I get here is superb and I don't plan on leaving!!

Dr. Ting is most professional. He is caring, kind and knowledgeable. His staff is nice and accommodating.

This was my first visit with Dr. Ting. I was a little nervous seeing a new physician but he immediately made me relax by making me laugh. I explained the problem I was having and he told me what he was going to do to. Everything was explained so it was easy to understand. I was so relieved after my appointment and I will definitely be back to see Dr. Ting.

I have been a patient of Safecare Medical Center for over 20 years and have been treated by Dr. Ting for most of that time. Thanks to his prodding and quick action, I was diagnosed -- and successfully treated for -- stage two colon cancer. I have every confidence in his medical expertise and concern for his patients' well being.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC! HE SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF ALL INSURANCE GROUPS. IF YOU GO THERE, GET 2ND OPINIONS ALWAYS!! AND DO NOT USE THE DRS THEY RECOMMEND.

I am always happy to go in to see Dr. Ting. The wait time is short and any condition I brought to him had been taken care of quickly. He is a pleasure to be around and I love his office staff. They are like family!

I just wanted to take the time to say what a refreshing experience it has been to be a decade old patience of Safe Care Medical Group, First ‘Dr Ting is an excellent, caring, thrower Doctor, Johana, Silvia and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly people and make every visit a pleasant one.

Dr. Ting provides a quick diagnosis. He is very efficient, listens to you and the staff is wonderful. I was also able to get my lab work done at the office. I highly recommend and will be going back.

Dr. Ting is amazing and has to be the smartest doctor I've encountered in South Florida. After 1-month of an embarrassing rash on my cheek that 2 other physicians dismissed, Dr. Ting took the time to listen to my history and gave me reasons of what may be causing it. He prescribed me an OTC cream and followed-up with me to make sure it had gone away which it did within 2-weeks. I can't express enough how grateful I am to have found him!
