Dr. Cate removed my gallbladder, pain was minimal he has great bedside manner. He listens and answers any questions you have. He doesn’t rush with you. All of his staff are wonderful. I won’t hesitate to have him do another procedure in the future if the need arises

Dr. Chris Cate made me feel at ease during my consult for Gallbladder removal and explained everything in great detail. Surgery pre op was simple and not scary. I don’t remember anything after that but his technique was flawless and if I ever need surgery for anything else, he would be my number one pick. Great doctor!

If you need a thyroid/ parathyroid surgeon, I highly recommend Dr Cates. Excellent Surgeon and he and his entire staff are nice. I think he is as good as it gets. Very skilled.

I had a very large abcess on my colon due to diverticulitis. I truly believe Dr. Cate and his team saved my life. I didn't like it when he had to stick the wires in me while I was awake and actually cried when they had to redo that procedure 2 days later. But I know when he finally operated on me to remove the abcess, he was God sent! Thank you, Dr. Cate and your wonderful, caring team for saving my life! This an overdue review. Dr Cates is a great surgeon. He is a Dr you can trust. He handled my case I think, perfectly. The results of my case were excellent. He is nice and very thorough. His skill at removing my thoracic parathyroid gland was just plain awesome. I hope I don’t have hyperparathyroidism again, but if I do, I’ll be back. This fine doctor has operated on me three times for various things. Colon resection. Hernia. Gall bladder. Has fine bedside manner. Takes time with you. No complications or infections. Good outcome on all surgeries. I would definitely use him again.

At 91 y/o, my father had a parathyroid adenoma. We were referred to Dr. Chris Cate. Prior to surgery, Dr. Cate took every precaution to insure my father was medical sound to tolerate the procedure. Prior to surgery he prayed with us & was genuine with concern for my father during recovery & aftercare. My father had no complications & I attribute this to Dr. Cate. I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner & I refer patients to him without hesitation or reservation.

Doctor Cate removed my gallbladder about 3 years ago. He proved to be an excellent surgeon.
