Dr Pavlovich is an amazingly gifted and talented surgeon who is also a thoughtful and extremely caring Urologist. I had a robotic radical Prostatectomy and my results have been nothing short of miraculous. I had minimal pain and discomfort which were restricted to the period when I had my catheter immediately after surgery. Eight days after surgery when the catheter was removed, I was walking and moving freely without discomfort or any lingering pain or issues. I continue to be way ahead of schedule in my recovery and it is all due to the expertise of Dr Pavlovich as a truly gifted surgeon. I can't recommend him or Johns Hopkins with any greater comfort and enthusiasm.

Dr. Pavlovich is the best urologist who I met. I highly recommend him.

He robotically remove prostate and adjacent areas. Although the cancer was an aggressive variety I am cancer free and recovered quickly from the procedure. He is the best!!!

Dr. Pavlovich has served many of my friends who had trouble free recovery and regained full function in a reasonable time. I recommend Dr Pavlovich unreservedly

I can’t say enough about Dr. Pavlovich. I saw him regarding a kidney tumor and quickly took a liking. He is an expert in the field, who also has a great bedside manner. He remained flexible with my particular needs and was highly responsive on the MyChart app. Can’t recommend him enough!

Dr. Pavlovich performed a robotic prostatectomy on me Feb 2014. During the surgery he had a positive surgical and released the cancer. I had to undergo external beam radiation. I'm now incontinant and have full ED.

I had robotic radical prostatectomy 12 days ago by Dr Pavlovich and my results so far are just great. I am way ahead of schedule in recovery. I had minimal pain and discomfort (except for 1st 2 days PO dues to GI discomfort) and it is due to the expertise of Dr Pavlovich and the JH OR team. I can't recommend him or JH with greater enthusiasm.

John Hopkins = 4.0 process. Radical prostatectomy with Da Vinci Surgical system by Dr. Pavlovich is the way to go. Minimally evasive; 1 night hospital stay; minimum discomfort - only anti-inflammatories vs. narcotics. Out of bed/on hard food before discharge the next day. Catheter out in a week. Pre-op and post -op notes provided are 100% accurate, so expectations met and exceeded with no surprises. Back to work in 5 weeks with total confidence. Dr. Pavlovich is the Da Vinci Pro!

After my diagnosis in October 2016, we went to Hopkins and was seen by Dr Pavlovich for a second opinion and with his knowledge and assuring manner my wife and I were convinced we made the correct decision and proceeded with the radical prostatectomy. 20 months later my PSA is 0.014 undetectable. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Pavovich to anyone that is in the position of having prostate cancer.

After surgery for prostate cancer Dr. Pavlovich smiled and said he thought things went well. Well all I can say is in terms of getting all of the cancer, yes he did get rid of the cancer. Now my husband is incontinate and we haven't had a sexual relationship in years.

Doctor Pavlovich is one incredible doctor. He removed my right kidney and adrenal gland laparoscopically when three other doctors said it couldn't be done. In my mind he's the best

Dr. Pavlovich performed a robotic assisted radical prostatectomy on me just over a year ago. Met with two other surgeons before I met with Dr. Pavlovich and am so glad I did. Surgery was relatively easy as was the recovery. He's an excellent surgeon and very good doctor. Listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions honestly. I would highly recommend him to any one seeking treatment for an urinary/prostate issue.

After being diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and weighing treatment options, we ultimately chose to consult with Dr. Pavlovich at Johns Hopkins. I am currently six weeks post-op and my healing and recovery appear to be going well after Dr. Pavlovich performed a Radical Prostatectomy. Dr. Pavlovich’s bedside manner and calm demeanor were very comforting during this difficult time. His post-op communication has also been exemplary. I would highly recommend Dr. Pavlovich. Diagnosed w/prostate cancer, we decided upon John's Hopkins. After consultation, prostatectomy was the decision. We chose Dr. Pavlovich from many very qualified physicians. One year after surgery, I am confident that Dr. P. was the correct decision. My trust in him has never waivered. His calm demeanor, communication and surgical expertise only begin to describe him. Dr. Pavlovich is an outstanding physician, surgeon and human, and is making important contributions to the mankind. I am impressed with his competence and confidence about his work, and the fact he is an active researcher in the area of understanding and curing prostate cancer. The surgery went very well; after the first day, I had no pain and could walk! My family and I are thankful of Dr. Pavlovich for the rest of our lives. I had very aggressive ductal prostate cancer, gleason 4+4=8. Dr Pavlovich performed radical robotic prostatectomy in May, 2017. He did an excellent job. In less than 2 months had very little incontenance. Very wuick healing and very little pain. His experience definitely made a difference. I am glad I found him.

This doctor is overrated. Mediocre, uncertain, poor communicator, doesn't do things with any urgency even concerning something as serious as cancer. I'd go to another doctor.
