This is one of the best specialists, that I Have had she really knows what she is talking about! She makes me feel very Comfortable with her and gets to the Problem. Don't want to ever lose her!!!

Excellent rheumatologist. Easy to talk to, answers questions, is friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr Phillips is so knowledgeable! She shares all that she knows to try to make me feel better. The last visit with her she gave me a new medication & I’m feeling like ME again! Her office staff (one person in particular) are not good at all getting back to me in a timely manner or they don’t call me back at all. She is wonderful! Very empathetic and will work to help manage arthritis and chronic pain. She has truly been a godsend.

Dr. Phillips has treated me for many years. She is that rare individual today who actually listens to her patients and asks important questions. Although I live in Georgia and have transferred all my other medical care here, I hate the thought of finding a new rheumatologist. She's so wonderful she helped me find out things I was searching for answers for years, she's very friendly and informative. I am happy with her services and her treatment. I recommend highly!

Went to Dr Diehl in Gettysburg with back problem. He looked at my hands and elbows. Ordered an xray. A little bloodwork looking for a certain gene. I went back in for my results. He said I don't have the gene, but told me I had anyklosing spondylitis and I would have to give myself injections. Never explained really what it was. Told me injections was my only option. Went to get 2nd opinion with Dr Phillips in Hanover. Thank God! Did multiple tests...9 tubes of blood taken. Actually looked at my back and pressed to see where the pain was, (Dr Diehl never did) Talked with me for a good 20 minutes just asking my about my past medical problems and family history. Gave me a pamphlet of exercises I could do to alleviate the pain. (Dr. Diehl never did) Put me on a med (pill) and I am feeling amazing! Thank you Dr Phillips!! Not the first time she has had us waiting over an hour. Charges you 80 dollars for a missed appointment but has no respect for your appointment times. When we commented on this she assured us she had plenty of patients and didn't need our business.

Dr. Phillips listens to me and genuinely wants to solve my problems. She takes her time with me during my visits and never hurries me out the door. I am confident in her knowledge as a professiional and her personality is just icing on the cake. I highly recommend Dr. Phillips.

First appointment: I met & spoke with doctor. I liked her a lot. She spent reasonable time with me. I was new to area & she was the only rheumatologist in town. I had been DX with RA about 2 years prior, but had suffered with the symptoms for 10 years. I had been on infusions when I moved to area but they had become ineffective (not an unusual occurance), had lost some vision due to histopladmosis(eventually linked to the RA) fibromyalgia(again not uncommon with RA). Eventually the nurse called me and said I would not be accepted as a patient! What? I questioned her, she told me she didn't need a reason, I was not 'accepted." ??!!y belief is my dxs were too much for her.she couldn't handle someone with severe RA + the complications that go along with it. I see Dr. Diehl in Gettysburg for the past 5 years now. He is knows RA and the medical diagnoses that coinside with it. I was so distraught at Phillips. Still don't know why I was not good enough for her. I have BC/BS so insurance couldn't be problem. She should have spoken to me directly+ told me the truth.
