They are always so nice yet very professional. I have had 3 shoulder operations here and have always turned out great. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've gone through Northwest orthopedic specialists for three surgeries and I can't think them enough for their professionalism courtesy and attention to detail, and a special thanks to Dr Anderson and his team for everything they have done for me. In the Last 5 Years I've spoke to dozens of people in the Spokane area about surgery surgeons recovery and I've never heard one bad thing about Northwest Orthopedics so I highly recommend them

Went in and Anderson wouldn’t accept any of my symptoms. He told me the information I gave him was irrelevant and “didn’t help him at all”. I was very very unimpressed with his professionalism and quite frankly he was very demeaning. He gave me no answers or knowledge for my situation. I came out of the office angry with how he presented himself to me. I highly recommend to not see this man.

Dr Anderson was very straight forward about what I should & shouldn’t expect after my arthroscopic knee surgery. He gave me all the facts and listened to my concerns & questions.

Dr. Anderson is great! He has helped me and my son many times. His assistant Kris is also great, she answered all my questions and made me feel better about upcoming procedures.

After a beyond devastating broken ankle injury in January, 2 surgeries a lot of PT through a very long recovery, I cannot say enough great things about NW Ortho and Dr.Anderson! Doctor Anderson took excellent care of Savannah when she broke her arm just before summer. He went the extra mile for her to have a waterproof cast and I believe he had to travel to the downtown office in order to get the right waterproof material for her. He is a caring and understanding medical professional.

I went to Dr. Anderson for a second opinion. Thank goodness. I had been told I needed a hip replacement but his evaluation revealed a different problem. I appreciate his conservative approach to try to avoid surgery. Techniques that have worked for others did not work for me so I ended up with surgery. He was very clear that I would have a long and possibly painful recovery so I was well prepared for that. He also saw me for a broken shoulder. In both cases he reviewed my X-rays with me so I could see for myself what was going on. My questions were answered clearly and honestly often before I asked them. I would recommend Dr. Anderson without hesitation. I went to Dr. Anderson for a second opinion. Thank goodness. Appreciated the Doc and staff listening, and giving me many options on my surgery. Doc Anderson was straight forward with me, and that helped during my rehab.

He was very straight forward and honest with me from the get go. He did not sugar coat my situation and he did not let me baby my knee afterwards to which I am grateful for. He is good at his job and I would recommend him to anyone.

My experience was first class. In fact my surgeon, Christopher Anderson, did such a great job, 9 months post op, I’m now in Spain hiking the Camino de Santiago and due to complete it within the next 4 days! Actually my knee (ACL) is holding up better than the rest of my body!! I’m out hiking 20-30yr olds (I’m 50!). For the last 10 days I’ve hiked a very difficult route with a lot of mountains to overcome (Camino Primitivo) through northern Spain. I’ve been hiking 20-30km every day since 9/9/21. God willing, I will cross the finish line in Santiago de Compostela 9/22. Well done, Dr Anderson, I get to keep living the life I love and dreamt of continuing after several months of excruciating rehab! Going to see DR Anderson as the third surgeon to look at my knee for the work related injury, was a bit of a non-exciting experience, however, as he came out of the gate with new ideas and other thoughts as to how to fix it, it became apparent he was the DR for me. He took care to answer all of the questions I had, and even offered information that was never brought to my attention from the previous two surgeons. DR. Anderson was the right choice for the situation, and as I had seen the other DRs for almost two years before seeing him, I wish i would have had him from day one. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Dr Anderson was personable and thorough and Mitch at the surgery center was extremely pleasant and reassuring. I certainly hope I do not need labrum surgery again but if I do, I know where I am going!

Dr Anderson has done both of my knees now. He did the right one, 4 years ago and my left one, last month. He did a Fantastic job on both and I can do things with both legs that I haven't done in years......like ride a bike or walk up and down stairs, 1 foot over the other!! Super excited for sure! I will absolutely recommend Dr. Anderson for surgery...Oh, and my scar is minimal. Thank you Dr Anderson, for giving me my life back! Everyone there is super friendly and wonderful too :)

Dr. Anderson did my first knee replacement surgery. It did not heal correctly and I had to have it done again, by another orthopedic surgeon. Additionally, I found Dr. Anderson's demeanor to be rather arrogant. I would not recommend him.

I saw Dr Anderson after being misdiagnosed by 2 doctors,even though my MRI presented a clear diagnosis. Dr Anderson took the time to research a rare condition & followed up with me by weeks end with a solution. We proceeded with arthroscopic surgery. Dr Anderson kept me well informed, & did an excellent job with the surgery. I appreciated his professionalism, & willingness to take action with rare condition not seen before. I am elated to now be able to return to an active lifestyle. Thank you!

Been to other neurologists in area. U penn is by far the best hospital in Philly. Dr. A is the best trained I have ever met.
