I believe Dr Cooke knows his stuff! I feel grareful that I was assigned to him when I came to the practice. My only complaint/concern is that he is in and out of the room so fast. He doesn't offer an opportunity to ask questions or to understand what is going on. I have a lot of questions and I don't know who to ask them to or what opportunity I might even have to do so.

He it is very thorough, patient with his patient, understanding, has a good sense of humor, and is very funny

Christopher cook did my first knee, three years prior to my second knee surgery done with both jobs. Completely perfect in my opinion. Doing great. Thank you for everything and your dedication.

Dr. Cooke was very caring. He also had a sense of humor to make me feel comfortable when I was in pain. Explained things thoroughly and in a way I could understand and didn’t seem rushed.

He did both my left and right total knee replacements. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. He listened to my concerns, and had terrific bed side manner. I had both surgeon done at North Point Surgical center. A very quiet, peaceful place.

Dr Cooke has been my orthopedic doctor for years. He has always given me the best options and possible outcomes when we discussed where I wanted to go and how I wanted to treat my DJD as it has progressed over the years. Everyone that I have encountered at OAL has been wonderful. I would recommend OAL and Dr Cooke.

Six week follow-up on surgery. Therapy went well and was released to continue exercises at home. No hip pain, but still some muscle discomfort from body getting used to the metal and plastic in the hip. Everyone from Christine my nurse navigator Bill my therapist, to Jessica B Strubel and Dr. Cooke my surgeons were professional and reassuring. The best compliment I can give is that "I'm glad I had the surgery"! Thank you all. Mark Grab

Dr. Cooke has been very professional and personable. He listens very well. I appreciated him doing all he could to get my total hip replacement done ASAP, as it was falling apart fast. Its been 6 weeks. I go for my appointment tomorrow. I can't wait to show Dr. Cooke how good I'm doing. My new hip feels great, and it went just as he explained it would from the beginning to this point.

Dr. Cooke listens, and he communicates well. He helps explore options, if they are available, and viable, and he also explains the procedure in depth ahead of time. He will let you know that you will get out of it what you put into it beforehand. His in-surgery attention to flexion and extension made a big difference for my outcome, and I appreciate that. Staff and Panda nurse navigators were terrific, front to back, even with COVID staffing shortages.

Dr. Cooke was excellent at preparing me for what to expect about my hip replacement surgery. His entire staff was extremely helpful with everything. From Katherine Holcomb Admin. Assistant to Chris Speros Nurse Navigator to Jess Strubel super PA. I would recommend this group to anybody.

From beginning to end Dr. Cooke and his staff did an amazing job! He explained everything step by step. There was no question what the process was going to be. I felt confident in Dr. Cooke’s hands. This is a big decision and at age 78 it can be scary not knowing how a knee replacement will change my life. Dr. Cooke did not rush into surgery initially. He explained why it was best to try everything else first. I have so much respect for Dr. Cooke, Jessica Strubel, and Nurse Case Navigator Chris. Together this team is AMAZING! Thank you for your excellent care. As I’m healing, I’m beginning to see that I will have a new shot at Life with my new knee.

Dr. Cooke did my knee replacement surgery on June 2. The care I received that day, was nothing short of amazing. I felt safe and confident in Dr. Cooke and everyone involved who was on his staff. The care was wonderful. From checking in, my nurse Emily was awesome, the anesthesiologist was wonderful to me, to the surgery, to the after care, to helping me get ready to go home the same day to the follow up when I was home. I can't thank them enough for their care and kindness. To Dr. Cooke, thank you so much!! Anyone who can have the same day surgery and go home, I would highly recommend Dr. Cooke and his staff. They are wonderful!!!

Dr. Cooke is professional, capable and has excellent interpersonal skills. My knee replacement was done perfectly and the overall experience was great. He answers questions on layman’s terms, is forthright and gives you his undivided attention. This description also apples to his PA, Jessica.

DR.COOKE SAW MY MOTHER TODAY AFTER SHE FELL DOWN THE STAIRS AND INJURED HER KNEE. IT WAS A SHOCK TO ME WHEN MY MOTHER CALLED ME PRACTICALLY IN TEARS AFTER DR.COOKE TOLD HER THAT HER PROBLEM IS THAT SHES MORBIDLY OBESE. MY MOTHER HAS A LAUNDRY LIST OF MEDICAL ISSUES AND FOR A DOCTOR TO TELL MY MOTHER THAT SHES IN DENIAL OVER HER WEIGHT AND PATRONIZING HER BY REFFERING TO HER AS SWEETIE AND NOT LETTING HER SPEAK. DR.COOKE AS AN ADULT THAT WENT TO SCHOOL FOR YEARS TO EARN HIS TITLE, HE SHOULD KNOW TO DO HIS RESEARCH ON HIS PATIENTS BEFORE HE OPENS HIS ERROGANT MOUTH. THE LACK OF COMPASSION IS SICKENING. (DR.COOKE YOU DISRESPECTED THE WRONG MOTHER)

This dr. Has very poor people skills. He ordered Xrays, yet did not discuss the Xray with me. He clearly ordered the extra test to fleece my insurance. He refuses to listen to his patients. He only wants the easy cases. I suspect this man is a surgeon because he cant stand suck people.

I have undergone 2 additional surgeries with #3 coming up. Dr. Cooke replaced my knee in 2012. I had trouble almost immediately with swelling and pain. Surgery may have been good?? But when issues arose same aspiration of knee each time with a guessing of diagnosis. Eventually just passed me off to another surgeon. Prosthesis fell out in in subsequent surgery. Knee infected so now undergoing dual stage revision. Three knees in 6 years....Diagnosed at U of Penn in first visit.
