Mr. Christopher Hardy Fanta

There is no other doctor like Dr.Fanta. He is the best doctor you will ever meet. He makes you feel at ease. He covers your entire history and gives a full exam. He has a wonderful bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. He truly loves his work and his patients. You aren’t just another file number when you see him. He is the most awesome and knowledgeable doctor I have ever met. He saved my life! For that I will always have a place in my heart that admires and loves this man. He is true to his Hippocratic oath and is a true healer.

I've been a patient of Dr. Christopher H. Fanta for approximately 21 years. There couldn't be a more kinder, caring person at the Brigham and Women's Hospital than Dr. Fanta. He is the epitome of what All Doctors should be. He's been the same for the years that I've been his patient. Now, he is getting ready to retire. I don't know what I'm going to do? There are to the best of my knowledge, not too many real good, doctors left that truly care about their patients like Dr. Fanta. The pulmonary department is losing a very special person. Dr Fanta took excellent care of my father ; truly a kind hearted, great physician. My dad loved him and my dad hated doctors in general. He had such a great rapport, and was very knowledgeable & helpful, supportive even after my father passed.

Dr. Fanta is an experienced and compassionate pulmonologist, whom I can recommend without reservation. He readily responds to emails and questions and is "present" during office visits, in that he is not using the time documenting the visit or drafting the office note. The office staff is always friendly and courteous, and the wait time is minimal.

My experience at the Brigham & Women's Hospital was exceptional as was my consultation with Dr. Christopher Fanta. He took the time to answer questions and was sensitive and knowledgeable.

In addition to the great reviews I have read regarding Dr. Fanta (to which, I concur), I have also found that in addition to being a great physician, he is also a detective, of sorts (reminds me of Peter Falk - Columbo, for those of you old enough to remember that show). Dr. Fanta not only LISTENS to what you tell him, but also, seizes on clues from most minute details derived from your conversations and tests, as to what is going on relative to your health. I highly recommend him.

I simply smile when I see Dr. Fanta :) He is the best Dr. I've ever had. He calms me down when I'm scared, listens and explains. He compliments me for my strength and gives me support to fight a rare disease. He quickly responds to questions.

Simply the best doctor I've ever seen. Compassionate, knowledgable, articulate, and supportive. Filled with hope and wisdom.
