I feel staff are friendly and seek to help alleviate my pain. As soon as I arrive, Erika cheerfully greets me and I am put into the tracking mode and shortly ushered to my first stop. I am seen by Trina for laser treatments to my knees, Paige for the Tens machine & massage & Dr. Crilley for adjustments to my knees & back. All feel much better after a few weeks. I've had some reversals, but not bad. My knees are so much better. I don't seem to need shots and am hoping it will remain that way

Hugh sales pitch!!! BEWARE!! told if unsuccessful results within 30 days, he will give full refund because he was so sure he knew how to help my problem..... no relief, by 30 days. They listen and do nothing about it. after $1400.00 contract he refunded me 383.00 shame on this practice!!! Unhelped and had to start all over with other treatment and costs. Assistants do everything but the mechanical machine that adjusts the spine. Go figure>>Thanks for nothing!!!

I would give Dr. Garner and his staff 10 stars if I could. Their focus is always on the patient. I have been going to Dr. Garner for 3 years and he has given me a "new lease on life." My back was so bad, it was hard to even cook for more than 30 minutes. Thanks to Dr. Garner, I can now pick up my grandkids with ease, run while pushing a double stroller, and even play better golf! He was yet another miracle in my life!

Very poor service from DR. and staff .There are many other good DR. in Myrtle Beach with better care.

Feeling great after my adjustments. So happy I chose Dr. Garner and Grand Strand Health & Wellness. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone, Love the Doc and the staff!!
