I was informed I had to have surgery and I only saw the PA and never got to speak to Dr.Hebert.

Dr. Hebert and his staff were awesome. Had my X-ray and didn’t have a long wait to see the dr. I will definitely refer friends and family to LOS.

Quick check in, quickly seen, doctor was on time for the appointment, and was prepared with an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan. Diagnosis was explained well, and thoroughly. Thanks for a great visit!

P.A. was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Was scheduled with Dr. Hebert, and not told that I’d be seeing P.A. until he (P.A.) showed up in Dr. Hebert’s stead. Most of staff were ok, but seemed a little chaotic and disorganized. I’ll continue to trust the medical providers with my care for the issue I went for, as well as future needs for my husband and myself (we have several other issues we’ll need care for). 9/10 recommend (the only reason I can’t give 10/10 is because of lack of communication and organization of office staff I interacted with during my visit).

Dr. Hebert is a phenomenal orthopedic doctor. He was very informative and patient with my daughter through her injury! Also his PA Joey is awesome too!!

Dr. Hebert recommended Orthotics and Home P.T. after diagnosing my right foot problem being Arthritis. He suggested I get a pair of comfortable hard soled walking/running shoes which I did at a local footware store. When diagnosed I was having significant pain in my right foot (2nd-4th Metatarsal area). His Physical Therapist at his office met me on Saturday morning and made the Orthotic and instructed me as to Home Physical Therapy! Within a week my pain had subsided, my right foot was no longer pointing outward, and I could walk without pain. I recently had my second appointment and as I told the staff at the office, this was as positive an experience as any I have had. To Dr. Hebert, his P.A., his P.T. , and his nurse, Ashley I say a “huge Thank You” and wholeheartedly recommend this team!

Visit was good. Working with a good plan to solve my issue. I Like Dr. Hebert's calm and professional demeanor. He is a great doctor.

Dr. Hebert is very respectful of your time, and LOS in general has their process fine tuned so the appointment goes quickly and smoothly.

Follow up on foot surgery.

Dr. Hebert has explored all conservative treatment with me before suggesting surgery. He is thorough, knowledgeable and, most importantly, he is kind. I trust him.

This was just a checkup for both feet from previous injuries. I was X-rayed, met with his PA, who reviewed symptoms with me, and released.

All trips to see Dr Hebert after ankle surgery have been efficient and timely

Dr. Hebert is a thoughtful listener and spent time to examine and explain. I appreciated that I did not have to wait beyond 15 min. to be taken back and began the appointment. The portal is another plus where you can alleviate some paperwork in the office.

He is always concerned

My visits are efficient and very organize from the time you walk in until check out. Dr. Hebert takes time to explain in detail conditions and plan to recovery.

The office staff was very friendly. It would have been nice to have front staff offer to assist with wheelchair instead of family members rolling patients back. That would add to the customer service experience. The x-ray technician was the only one who did assist & it was greatly appreciated. It would have also been nice to actually be seen by Dr. Hebert at a first visit vs. a PA. Overall I believe I’m in good hands, but felt those were 2 big things missing.

Dr. Hebert is polite, courtesy and makes sure to answer all your questions. His nurses and PA are also very attentive and friendly.

Seen very timely. Dr. Hebert diagnosed my foot issue immediately upon exam. Very knowledgeable & explains everything. And he has wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Hebert & LOS!

Everything you would expect from a great surgeon. Recent foot surgery went well as expected. Dr. Hebert was spot on with regard to recovery expectation timeliness. I'm back at work now with much increased optimism for my continued healing.

I was treated with a lot of respect

I enjoy each appointment. They explain in detail of what to expect and how they r planning to fix the problems. They are always encouraging with positive words and actions! I commend Dr. Hebert and Joey for being who they are. Thank you both for getting me back on my feet! ????????‍♀️????????‍♀️

My daughter had foot pain after rolling her ankle on a hiking trail. We were concerned because she has a gymnastics meet this weekend. “Nurse” Shonia got us in quickly to see Dr Hebert. He was excellent and gave us everything we needed to help her with competition!!

Everyone was great from the receptionist, to the radiology tech and the casting nurse. My husband has a very bad injury and just this first visit reassured me that he’s in great hands. Also he has other problems associated with his work injury and they are able to take care of each separate thing at that office which makes it so convenient. I highly recommend.

I just went in to get my cast put on. Every visit so far has been great and my doctor and the PA are great at making sure I understand all post op directions. I'm glad I chose this place for my care. I'm in no pain 2 weeks after surgery. I'll definitely do my next surgery removing the other heel spur there.

I wasn't too happy with the fact that it was my first time there but I didnt see Dr Hebert. I met the PA instead.

Expert care in a state of the art facility. Couldn't don’t ask for better in dealing with my 11 year old and her debilitating foot issue.

Staff was very helpful and professional. Dr. Hebert was thorough with my issues of my left foot. I would recommend this doctor and facility.

My granddaughter had an appointment to get her cast taken off of her left foot which had been operated on by Dr. Hebert and his staff in January. Somehow I got the appointment time wrong, and after driving an hour and a half to the office, I was told my granddaughter’s appointment had been for the previous hour. First time seeing Dr. Hebert nice fella. Look at my Ankle gave me his opinion said let’s do an MRI. that’s all I got will know more after I get my MRI on my foot.

I was very impressed with Dr. Hebert. He went over my situation carefully and explained what he could and couldn’t do for me. He was very professional. I’m hoping he will be able to address my problem in the manner he says he can. I definitely would recommend him.
