The front office lady wouldn’t let me speak with the manager. They are very unwilling to help. She seemed to get satisfaction in telling me no they can’t get me an appointment for months. As an owner of multiple businesses, I’m clear how important customer service is and this place is everything but that. Very unfortunate
He is an outstanding Doctor who has great listening skills which enables him to diagnose the best possible treatment or prescription. He has a genuine concern for the patient.

Dr. Imperial is the best in college station. Very professional , polite , kind , compassionate and absolutely knowledgeable about his practice. He treats you like family!!

Dr. Imperial is our family doctor. He is very kind, compassionate and friendly. He takes time to listen to your concerns. Our kids are very comfortable with him. As long as we are in BCS, he will be our family doctor.
Have been a patient of Dr. Imperial for over 9 years. He has given an old fart(82) excellent service and has never been wrong on his diagnosis. I have a long history of medical problems since my open heart surgery at Methodist in Houston in 1999. Am very luck to be alive. His bed side manner is excellent and he will give you all the time you need to get your questions answered.

Best doctor in town. Kind, patient and compassionate. He listens and examines thoroughly before making a diagnosis. Dr Imperial has been taking care of our family for over 10 years. I trust him and his recommendations when I am ill.

Dr. Imperial is by far the best family doctor I have ever had. He has excellent bed side manner and always takes the time to listen. If anyone is looking for a competent doctor he is your man!
