The staff at Dr. Kerns are awesome! Dr. Kerns is awesome as well. I’m not good at writing views but I’m going to do my best. I took my 5 year old in for a cleaning today and they did awesome with him! My son needs someone special to work with him and understand him. And they all knew how to do that! They kept him calm the whole time and where very sweet with him.

Dr. Kerns and his staff are the best! They always are friendly and make you feel comfortable! They are professional and it's obvious customer service is a top priority! Dr. Kerns himself is the best in the business. I trust his advice and work at every level! They are awesome!

I experienced discomfort with a tooth. I called Primo Smiles & got an appointment within a couple of days. They understood my “anxiety”, did what needed to be done & referred me for a root canal. My comfort and saving my tooth what priority one. Love going there!

Very pleased with the care I have received here! Dr. Kerns is very knowledgeable and his work is exceptional! Staff are always so friendly! I have major dental anxiety, and they always take that into consideration.

Great group with Dr. Kerns and Primo Smiles. They take the time to go over everything with you and any anxiety you have about any procedure. Quick and basically painless everytime i go.

I can feel confident with my smile again! Thank you! Highly recommend, friendly, comforting, painless shots to numb me up which I really appreciate cause that usually is no fun. The headphones are a great distraction to the sound of a drill too.

Primo Smiles is the absolute best dental healthcare provider I’ve ever been a patient of. My husband and I both love it here. I have extremely high expectations for all of my healthcare needs, but I’m particularly picky about my teeth. Primo Smiles goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. Everyone is always so helpful, cheery, smiling and overall brighten my day every visit I have with them. I have extreme anxiety over dental care and procedures, and whenever I am at Primo Smiles, all my thoughts, fears and concerns are met with kindness and solutions. They are amazing at what they do. Great staff! Everyone is so welcoming and courteous. Paige did an excellent job. The ladies at the desk are always so nice and helpful.

My visit with primo smalls was a great the ladies in the front at the reception desk was terrific the lady that came and got me to take me back was very nice and then when I seen the dentist he was nice too knew exactly what I was needing and help me out a lot if I had to recommend this place I would give it a thumbs up and recommend it to everyone I give it five stars

Staff & experience was AWESOME. I have never been so thoroughly checked at a dentist. They were great at explaining everything and addressing all of my concerns and goals as well. They were also very informing of out of pocket costs and provided me with an estimate for future dental work. 10/10 would recommend.

Just had 2 crowns put in at Primo Smiles. Wont say it was like Disneyworld but was the best dentist experience l ever had and lm 55. They were so nice and explained everything in detail. Felt no pain at all. Cant believe that. Not even the needle. My mom and son said they were great and they were right. Hanna and Chris were super professional and super nice. Definetly recommend this place.

Service with a smile. This is my go to place for dental work. Dr. Kerns and staff are so helpful.

The team at Primo Smiles are always very thorough and professional from the receptionist to the doctor. Everyone there are very nice and they all work together as a well-oiled machine.

I’ve been so pleased with the care I’ve received. I’m terrified of the dentist and they’ve made my experience almost enjoyable. Rachel, my hygienist, is so personable and does an amazing job. All the staff are top notch!

2 teeth extractions for my 100 year old mother. Very attentive and she was pain free and out right on schedule. Dr. P and staff were great.

First I want to say I am horrible when it comes to going to the dentist. I have panic attacks. Second I want to say the entire staff treated me like they had known me my whole life. Another great visit at Primo Smiles Cynthiana! Rachel is an excellent and thorough hygienist. Dr Kerns gave me a great treatment plan to tackle my concerns as well. He was very informative and respected my input on how to go about tackling my treatment in a way that worked best for me. Will never go anywhere else!!

Had my first appointment (since moving to KY) with my new dentist, Dr. Kerns at Primo Smiles in Cynthiana KY. I was so impressed with everyone I met there. Each person is very friendly, professional, conveyed concern and gave me great service and advice. I am actually looking forward to my next visit.

I recommend Primo Smiles to anyone looking for a dentist! We haven't encountered any issues since we started going there as a family! From check in to check out I'm always impressed with how quickly we're in and out and how smoothly things run. Exceptional dental care and they are always willing to answer any questions you may have!

As usual everyone was friendly and professional. The equipment and office is modern and clean, and my dental hygienist Rachel once again showed she is THE best in the business. Extremely nice, but also holds me accountable for my oral health; gives a total approach by summing up previous work done and why, what we are doing that day and why, and explaining where we want to go for future oral health goals and how to get there. If you are not coming here, give a try and you will be glad you did.

I was extremely pleased with my dental visit. The staff and Dentist (Dr. Pickinpaugh) were so kind. They made me feel like I was part of the family. My cleaning was completed without any discomfort and the dentist took great care to ensure I wasn’t in any pain while she 2 replaced two old fillings. I would highly recommend Primo Smiles to anyone needing dental work.

This was our first pediatric dentist experience and it went FANTASTICALLY well! Everyone was kind, friendly and knowledgeable with all the questions that we had, including the care and upkeep of our dinosaur and unicorn friends’ teeth. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Dr. Kerns and his staff have converted this anxious, sweat through my shirt, blood pressure is soaring, hated going to the dentist patient! I love and value my teeth and take care of them-I want them forever, so as much as I dreaded dentist appointments, I faithfully and regularly went. I did not always have positive experiences until I began going to Dr. Kerns! He and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and even pampered! It’s more of a spa like experience than a dentist visit. They are accommodating and work with you to meet your needs and schedule.
