I rarely if ever leave a review for anything, but felt compelled after having such a wonderful visit with Dr. Lo. From the moment he entered the room, I felt at ease and in the hands of a great surgeon. If any of my friends encounter issues with their eyes, I will not hesitate to recommend Dr. Lo.

Dr. Lo fully explained the procedure & I opted for in-office surgery. Everything went well and follow-up visits were all punctual. I totally recommend Dr. Lo and his staff.

First let me say I would only write an online review if I was extremely pleased with my doctor, and that’s the case with Dr. Christopher Lo! Dr. Lo performed my upper eyelid blepharoplasty, and I was especially happy with my results. I knew I was in great hands. He is a very talented surgeon who is highly educated and has excellent bedside manner. I trust him completely, and I recommend him without any reservations.

I highly recommend Dr. Christopher Lo to anyone who needs eyelid surgery. I had very droopy eyelids that affects my vision. My optometrist referred me to Dr. Lo at Eyesthetica. The office is clean and the staff are courteous and efficient. Dr. Lo is very friendly and patient. He listens and answers all my questions. He gives me all the options and let me make my own decision. He informs and explains every step of the procedure during the surgery which calms me down. I am extremely happy with the success and outcome of this surgery. I now have a much larger peripheral view and see everything brighter. I no longer need to pinch up my eyelids for my annual eye examinations. Dr. Lo’s professionalism is very much respected and appreciated. My only regret is that I didn’t have this surgery done years earlier when suggested by my optometrist. Dr. Christopher Lo deserves an A++.

I went to Doctor Lo office for a biopsy. But when I got there I was so impressed by his kindness, professionalism and care that he not only did the biopsies I needed but also the eyelids and I was extremely HAPPY with the results….. ! I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Lo. In addition to being an exceptional surgeon he is incredibly kind and thoughtful. I was sad to finish my follow up appointments. Office staff are friendly and professional. I frequently give his name to friends and colleagues looking to make referrals.

I had a clogged pore under my eye due to the product I was using to remove eye makeup. Dr. Lo opened the pore and easily drained it. The Dr. explained my eye would be red and swollen after the procedure. In about 10 days, my eye was fine the bump and swelling disappeared. The staff was also very helpful making me feel at ease.

Upper lid lift, excess skin removal, lower lid aligned. Precise, detailed instructions. After care attentive. Results as desired.

My first upper lid surgery was not success till my ophthalmologist recommend Dr. Lo who has done a great job for my second surgery. I must say he is the doctor I will recommend to all my friends who need the surgery for eyelid.

Saw Dr. Lo for a drooping eyelid. With careful, detailed evaluation, Dr. Lo saw potentially concerning signs and followed up with important tests before any direct action on the eye area. Ultimately, this work resulted in discovery of a previously unknown cancer situation. Without his detailed work and insight, the cancer would not have been discovered a soon as it was. We are so grateful for Dr. Lo's exceptional care, precise analysis and collaborative communication in identifying this cancer and helping us navigate to an appropriate team!

I had drooping eye surgery with Dr. Lo, because it got to the point where when I put any face cream or lotion, they got into my eyes and hurt so much all the time. So finally I've decided to do the surgery. I'm so happy I've done the surgery with Dr. Lo whom I was recommended by my Optometrist. He's a great listener, easy to talk to and very professional! His bedside manner separate from the others! And the result was the phenomenal! That's the best combination for the doctor! I would definitely recommend him! Terrific! He removed the growth on my eyelid painlessly and fast. He's smart, friendly and super careful. Explained what he was doing, took the time to explain next steps and called me at home to review the path results. His surgical technique was superior, no scar or unevenness.

I was referred to Dr Christopher Lo by my eye Doctor due to I spotted a little bump next to the lacrimal duct on my left eye; since I have a history o basal cell carcinoma , Dr Lo, after seeing it thru the microscope, immediately did a biopsy which later came positive for BCC . I was devastated since that was the last place I could imagine having skin cancer and so scare since was really close to my eye . I had the Mohs surgery done, to remove the cancer, by a Mohs specialist and the following day Dr Lo did the wound closure ; he did such a wonderful job that after the plastic surgery I only had a little bruise, some small swelling that was gone in three days , no marks , no stitches, no pulling or stretching on the skin, after 10 days it was all healed nicely leaving no marks , it looks and feels like a never had any surgery. To say that I am elated with the results of my eyelid surgery with Dr. Lo would be an understatement! According to all the compliments from friends and family he has literally taken 20 years off my face! I have my big beautiful eyes back! In January 2021, I was referred to Dr. Lo for eyelid lift procedures on both eyes. The eyelid lifts were important because it enabled me having accurate measurements of my eyes for left and rgt. eye cataract surgeries in May and June. Now my vision is 20-20 without distance glasses. Dr. Lo is a skilled surgeon, always available to questions promptly and has a warm personality and sense of humor.

Dr. Lo is an amazing doctor.. I’m 95 years old and a very nervous person. He made me feel really comfortable and he did an amazing job.

Everyone was really nice. The waiting time didn’t take long. The procedure I had wasn’t painful at all. I really liked the fact that he would check up everytime just to make sure I had no pain during the process. He did a really great job.

Dr. Lo performed surgery on the upper and lower lids of my eyes about four months ago. My eyelids were in bad shape when I went to see Dr. Lo, with upper lids drooping to the extent that my peripheral vision was compromised. I was hoping for an improvement after surgery; what I got was nothing short of miraculous. My upper lids now open fully with just the right amount of lid still exposed. The bags, lines, and puffiness under my lower lids have largely been erased leaving the skin taut and firm. The transformation was not immediate after surgery. I found my eyelids continued to get better and better over time, becoming optimal after about two or three months. It is only when I looked back to pre-surgery photos that I could see the dramatic change, yet the look is so natural that it’s not apparent that I even had surgery. (Dr. Lo has before and after photos that show the dramatic transformation.) Also, my peripheral vision is greatly improved. I went to see Dr. Lo for a consultation at Eyesthetica on a referral from my optometrist of many years. I was concerned about getting the right surgeon because my Dad had surgery for drooping eyelids and his eyelids were only slightly improved after surgery. Dr. Low was an outstanding person as well as a great doctor. He was patient, understanding, and never made me feel he was in a hurry to see other patients. He was always responsive to my needs and questions. Would highly recommend him because he cares about his patients.

My experience with Dr. Lo was exceptional. Before my first appointment was over, I knew that he was my choice as a surgeon. Dr Lo exudes competence, kindness and knowledge. His manner gave me the confidence to schedule my surgery and know that I would be in expert hands. As a 73 year old woman, I wanted a very natural look and one that did not look so obvious that I had eyelid surgery. He did exactly that! I've been going to Dr. Lo for a few years at this point and he's absolutely amazing. I'm a fairly curious person so I tend to have a lot of questions and Dr. Lo is always patient and informative with me. I also very much appreciate his honesty. Dr. Christopher Lo is the best! He is artist as well as an impeccable surgeon. I researched various surgeons in the Torrance and Los Angeles area and chose Dr. Lo. His credentials and training are outstanding. As an oculoplastic surgeon he would understand the anatomy of my eye and tell me if my wishes were achievable. I also trusted him to tell me no, if it wasn't possible. His examination was through, professional, and he was so nice. My brows were perfect, my lids as they should be and my wishes doable. He even had me bring photographs from my youth, to see what i looked like. I had the upper blepharoplasty with minimal discomfort, bruising or pain. After 4 days, I got my first compliments.
