Dr. Mileto is truly gifted !! He had to fix my first knee replacement which was a disaster, from a another doctor. I was in excruciating pain for two years. I had Surgery this past November and im already doing so well. DONOT hesitate he is an amazing surgeon!!!!!

The staff is excellent. Hardly any wait time .Dr.Mileto excellent surgeon . I had 2 knees done and my left arm .due to very bad O.A. The best thing I ever did was to have total replacements. No more pain and rocking my cello .excellent group ,people, surgeon .know one would know I had anything done .nice to walk with no pain. From my first meeting with Dr. Mileto and his team were nothing short of amazing. Dr. Mileto met with me at each visit, took time to answer any and all questions I may have had and made sure that I fully understood what would be performed durring the total knee replacement. Had both knees replaced recently by Dr. Chris Mileto at St. Charles Hospital. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable but a genuine nice guy! His office is run very professionally as well!

This was my first visit to this practice and Dr. Mileto, and I had a great experience there. The office was well run, and the entire staff from the front desk to the medical personnel were all cordial, efficient, helpful, and professional. Dr. Mileto in particular was very patient and caring, and showed a genuine concern for my medical situation. Based on my experience, I would recommend this practice and Dr. Mileto for anyone needing orthopedic care.

Dr. Explained the process cleary.. is making sure it's a hardware problem without rushing to surgery.

.Dr, Mileto did my knee replacement in May at St. Charles. He did not bother to notify my family after the surgery regarding my condition. It's six months down the road and my knee is still swollen and bruised. Three and a half stars maybe, for friendliness, but he and his assistant clearly hadn't spent much time working on posture issues. They did confirm via x-ray that I had made progress in correcting my posterior pelvic tilt, which was helpful, but I was disappointed that they didn't seem to know as much as the Internet did about fixing my posture. He listened well and seemed knowledgeable enough otherwise, though, so I can imagine that he would be quite a good doctor to go to for more traditional problems/injuries. Dr Miletto was given to me as a recommendation after not getting answers from another doctor and I would highly recommend him ! He performed a hip replacement and the whole process went smoothly and the recovery was great! 2 months later I am back to my usual activities and going on long walks pain free !

Doctor Mileto did my left knee I'm happy w my surgery two yrs ago, now my right knee, and it will be done by Doctor Mileto again.so both knees will be a match lol.but I have moved since and it's a trip to his office. This negative review is more so for the front desk female who was extremely rude and unprofessional when I went in and asked for my X-ray report. I was told their office can print out my office visit notes and I can head to the X-ray department so they can burn my X-ray CD, which I did. I was also told that my X-ray notes would be included in the office visit notices, which were not. I went back and forth between the X-ray department and the office as they both said it was the other office who had the requested information. Knowing that a patient has a knee in pain and not trying to help or extend support and asking the Doctor for support is unacceptable and this will be further reported. I booked an appointment with this doctor a month ago, took the day off for the appointment because I work in the city. I sign in at the office and waiting for twenty minutes only to be told that he is not coming. The next available appointment? 2 weeks later. I have been in so much pain and have been looking forward to seeing someone. I understand that things happen but Rescheduling for two weeks later is disappointing to say the least. I literally left the office with so much anger, I will never come here again! Also, I might not be listed as a patient because today was supposed to be my first appointment at the office. If the owner checks on the 8:00 am apt for 11/17/2020, then they will see that I was the patient who was supposed to be seen. The receptionist and doctor were great but I was given a prescription and instead of sending it to my pharmacy (which I filled out 2 forms and verbalized the location), they sent it to a delivery pharmacy, which charged more and took a week to deliver (actually still waiting). I’m a little annoyed because I’m sure CVS Pharmacy would of been much faster and more efficient. After seeing several doctors who couldn’t diagnose pain in my hip I was still having from a revision done 5 years ago, I saw Dr Mileto. He was able to diagnose and has done the revision. I’m 2 weeks out now so fingers crossed.

I have suffered with knee pain for years from what I can figure developed from a combination of playing sports from a very young age and being over weight for a long time. Subsequently I had the gastric bypass and lost a huge amount of weight. Having pretty painful arthritis and treated with five courses of different gel injection Dr Mileto and I agreed that a total knee replacement was the best option for a significant quality of life in my situation. It has been 12 weeks since my surgery and I am on the track of healing and ready to have the other knee done in a couple months. From the beginning to the end I was extremely please with Dr Mileto’s care. Although I will never have surgery again at the Saint Charles hospital I am eager to have the second knee done in January and finally feel complete. I've had knee issues which was treated quite successfully at OALI for many years by Dr. Michael Silio, but eventually it came time to consider a knee replacement. Dr. Silio had recommended several OALI knee replacement surgeons all of which are well qualified. Of those recommendations I decided to choose Dr. Christopher Mileto to perform my knee replacement surgery. Dr. Mileto took the time to answer all of my concerns and made me feel at ease about having the surgery. I have to say that choosing Dr. Mileto as my knee replacement surgeon was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It has now been 3 months since my surgery and my knee is feeling great! No more need to sit after standing too long, no more pain and much more flexibility. I decided to wait the three months before leaving this review simply because many people including Dr. Mileto, have told me that the first month after surgery you say why did I ever get this done. The second month, you are somewhat satisfied with it. And the Third month, you say why did I wait so long. Well, I have to say that is very accurate! Great! This was my first visit and experience with this practice and I had no knowledge other than what I was able to learn online before my appointment. I arrived physically compromised and in significant arriving with great concern which was alleviate during and after this visit. Everyone was wonderfully accommodating, pleasant and caring. Extremely great experience all around from the lovely appointment scheduler at initial and followed-up call, to the greeter/triage at entrance, front desk, x-ray and, PA, and care assistant. Dr. Moleto is a very patient listener was most cordial, through, and very clear in explaining his findings, and recommendations. I left his office not only feeling cared for, but cared about. As a longtime career health care administrator who knows what good care and treatment should be like, I was impressed and am personally very appreciative of the care I received! Doctor writes fake medical info and refuses to correct the record! Unprofessional, heards patients through like cattle giving unnecessary x rays just to create charges.

Right from the first visit, was very comfortable with Dr. Mileto. After trying the gel injection under my right knee, it gave some relief. My wife and I met with Dr. Mileto , we decided a partial knee replacement was in order. The surgery was performed at St. Charles which was a wonderful experience. Surgery went well.

Dr. Mileto is a fantastic doctor!!!! He knew what my issue was before I had an MRI, he worked with my Comp carrier and repaired my tear. His bedside manor is amazing and he explained everything to me step by step and made sure I understood everything clearly. I would highly recommend him and plan on using him for any future ortho issues.

I have been bodybuilding for 38 years an for most of them I had a bad knee. The pain was unbearable .It was time to get it replaced but on the conditions that I would be able to go back to my bodybuilding routine. I went to 4 different doctor s an all of them gave me the same answer that squats an bodybuilding was over for me. I was very disappointed until i went to doctor Christopher mileto He said to me you can go back to your Regular routine just not as heavy as before with no more pain. The surgery was a success I Recuperated very quickly an I am back to working out like I was 25 years old no pain at all . Thank you doctor to you an your team . I had my first visit with Dr. Melito on 8/13/2019. He was so easy to talk to, he listens, he explains your options and he is very understanding. I would highly recommend him to anyone with any problems in his area of expertise.

Dr mileto is young but knowledgeable in everything current .....I had my hip done and woke up to my pain gone . His office staff are nice and friendly . Explains everything fully !

My overall experience with Dr. Mileto has been excellent. I had been experiencing pain in my right knee for some time. He listened to my concerns about surgery and explained the process to me in a very informative manner. The surgery has been successful, and eight weeks later, with physical therapy through St. Charles, I am relatively pain free and walking with little or no difficulty. I credit Dr. Mileto for my success. He is an excellent, caring surgeon.

Don't look any further, Dr. Mileto and his staff are more than amazing! They are so professional on every level. I'm 54 years old, and have never had another doctors office give such care, attention to detail and you don't have to wait forever for anything. You are in and out in no time.
