I HAD MANY YEARS OF DEALING WITH PAIN IN MY LEFT KNEE BECAUSE OF BEING PARALYZED IN MY RIGHT LEG. THE LEFT HAD TO DO ALL THE LOAD BEARING OF BOTH LEGS. I HAD GONE THROUGH ALL THE SHOTS, BRACES, PAIN MEDS THAT THERE WERE. I FINALLY MET DR SELGRATH AND HE SAID IT WAS TIME TO REPLACE THAT WORN OUT KNEE. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS AND DIDN’T SUGAR COAT ANYTHING! HE TOLD ME WHAT TO EXPECT SO THERE WERE NO SURPRISES. AND HE HAD ASKED WHEN I WANTED IT DONE, THEN SET IT UP.

Dr. Selgrath treats my whole family. He is genuine and sincere. Excellent doctor.

My whole family realized that Dr Selgrath was some one special. He reviewed my situation and gave an explanation of how he would proceed with my hip surgery even though my knee was very weak and was going to present a problem during surgery and during my rehab. Well, here I am seven weeks later after my last check up and navigating with a cane for reassurance that my eighty two year old body is all set to last as long as God will allow. Dr Selgrath has been blessed by God without a doubt.

Everything went very well. My family is amazed at the difference after seeing me limping with a cane for so long. My only complaint is against myself for not doing this sooner (total hip replacement)!

My Mom recommended him to me for my knee. She was his RNFA. He was knowledgeable, Great bedside manner and didnt hurt you even upon physical exam! Took an Xray then needle aspiration to remove fluid then a cortisone injection, script for PT then sent me on my merry way! Excellent doctor. No unnecessary tests or procedures, least invasive! Though according to my mom he IS one of the best knee surgeons she's ever worked with!

From my first visit thru my knee replacement surgery and my post op visits, Dr Selgrath was very personable every time I saw him. I am very satisfied with the results of the surgery and the care that I received from him.
