Dr Sprando lectures you about getting flu shots covid vaccines etc. Bernadette doesn’t do her job when it comes to referrals. You get to the dr you are supposed to go see and there is no referral or insurance authorization. His staff are rude. The only person nice in that office is the receptionist! I had a problem with a couple staff and nothing was ever done. I’m over it. Time to move on!

Trying to get anything done there is like pulling teeth. I don't even understand how they're still in business. Doctor isn't very caring not to mention there's not much he can do for you that you can't do yourself. That's the nicest way I can put it

He's always willing to answer any questions I have or explain things in depth, and he's very friendly and personable.

Dr. sprando has always been easy to talk to about concerns and explains things very clearly even tho me and my husband are healthy patients and never really had to run into trouble with major concerns. Very straight forward checkups.

Thorough, kind, and a great Dr

Best Dr I have ever gone to. He actually listens and cares.

Best doctor I’ve ever had. He is incredibly intelligent and goes above and beyond. He is serious straightforward and extremely professional. Wish there were more doctors who cared about their patient’s health like he does.

Read my results incorrectly and thankfully the specialist caught it. Feel like just a number and feels like he really doesn’t listen to his patients. Husband has been very ill the past few months and won’t work with him.

Such a great doctor. Dr. Sprando is extremely intelligent and he takes the time to discuss all my questions and concerns during each visit. Couldn't have asked for a better doctor.

Friends that go here are unhappy to be treated like a burden from their family doctor and will be changing doctors to one who isn't such a stick in the mud (nicely worded though I wish I could use others) about getting tests done that actually are needed.

Excellent DR. Very busy, but listens to patients and is extremely personable.

Ive been seeing Dr. Sprando monthly for over a year now and he's the best doctor I've ever had. From the first appointment he listened to my health problems for about half an hour and has worked with me since then to get me back on track to my health. Dont know where I'd be today if i never went to see him.

he doesn't seem to listen to complaints of his patients , he left me in pain for weeks without being able to see him, his receptionist treated me like a addict, he messed up my medical records and lost me my claim for workers comp, he ignored my complaint of back and knee pain until I ended up at the e.r twice and the er misdiagnosed me .. now I have no job, loss of muscle and nerve
