Hip replacement very good job 3 years now

I've seen Dr. Walsh to update and check on the progress of my knee replacement that I had done years ago. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the procedure I had and informed me that it was still in good condition and when it comes time to replace the partial with a total, he would be happy to do it. I am relieved it is still in good shape and it gave me peace of mind. I have since referred a couple of friends to him who were also pleased with him. I had so much arthritis in my hip the doctor had a decision to make during surgery. Number one was do a good job. Number two was to do the compassionate, outstanding, time consuming surgery of removing painful arthritis. He chose the latter For this I will be eternally grateful.

Had my total knee replacement and was very happy ! Planning to get the other done soon !

Very knowledgeable & listens to you with concern. Can tell he went to medical school up north! Have seen him for a couple years for shoulder problems. Will see him soon for knee problems. Have complete trust in him.

Coming to the office of Dr. Walsh is what you always hope an initial office visit at a medical practice will be like. The office was very busy with many people in the waiting area so i was prepared to wait. But that isn’t what happened. After checking in, it was only a few moments before my name was called. I promptly received X-rays and an introduction to a specialist whom I can confidently say now presents with one of the best first impressions I’ve ever received. Dr. Walsh is knowledgeable and comfortable and didn’t mind his new inquisitive patient asking a million questions. He is also witty and warm which is a must for a girl like me. I’m grateful to Dr. Nicole Rice for the referral and look forward to many years under his watchful care. Absolutely perfect. Manners were outstanding and he understood how I felt. I had vascular surgery and since my knee had been very painful. He explained why and what to do and if I needed him again within the next two weeks he would be there to help me. I appreciated his response. First time seeing him and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer him to friends. Thank you.

Dr Walsh is a very kind,very caring and honest and very professional. He has treated me with upmost respect in the 3 years I have been his patient. He told me 2 years ago that I needed my right hip replaced. He also said that it would help me if I lost some weight. I was always heavy.So my journey began. I joined weight watchers, started water aerobics 3 times a week. While doing that,I did get my hip replaced. He also replaced my right knee in January 2020.I just saw him this week for my one year follow up from my knee surgery. He was very pleased. I have lost 95 pounds and am doing fabulous and feeling fantastic. I can't say enough about him as a MD.Also his staff is wonderful and very professional. A big shout out to his nurse Michelle. She is very efficient and thoughtful. Always a professional group of people. Thanks again Dr Walsh for everything.

Extremely condescending as well as not taking my pain seriously. Staff was also barely civil to me.

I was being treated at a facility in the Charleston area. Back in December, I was trying to find a local orthopedic. I came across Dr. Walsh's name while on the Seacoast website. That following day I gave his office a call and explained I wanted a second opinion. They were more than happy to get me in. The receptionist scheduled my appointment the same week. Dr. Walsh is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. I ended up scheduling surgey with him, which happened to be this morning. WHAT A RELIEF!! I'm so grateful I came across his information.
