Very safe Covid procedures. Dr. Martins quickly diagnosed my problem and it was resolved almost immediately.

Dr. Martins is knowledgeable, informative and professional. He has a friendly, courteous and unhurried manner. He explained clearly the treatment plan, and answered all my questions. The waiting time was very short, and the staff is friendly, courteous and helpful.

I had severe cystic acne for several years. Dr. Martins changed my life with a series of treatments from accutane to laser treatments which helped my scarring tremendously. I’m forever grateful to him for that.

Knowing that I have a history of skin cancer, he takes his time with each visit to make sure I remain trouble free. The times he has treated me for skin cancer have also been great since he took the time to minimize any scarring would be noticeable after removal. I had an absolutely terrible experience here. My family has been going to him for many years. I booked an appointment a year ago for 5:30. It’s when I book every appointment. I show up at 5:27 and he won’t see me. They claim my appointment was at 5:15. Apparently he unilaterally changed it and then texted it to the wrong patients phone number. And because he claims I was 12 minutes late, he wouldn’t see me and treated me very terribly. No apology for sending the change to the wrong number. Honestly, not worth the hassle. He ran me up big bills for procedures that didn’t even work. Save your money and go elsewhere. Response to below: I am surprised you are saying that. The lady at the front desk was delighted to see me leave and was happy to note “Dr. Martins has plenty of patients and doesn’t need your business.” With that attitude, we shall see if that continues. Dr. Martins was great! I had a random white mole that popped up on my chin and was very worried I had skin cancer. Dr. Martins checked my mole and put my mind to ease.

Dr. Martins is my dermatologist for more than 15 years. I drive for more than 40 mins, without traffic, to make sure he is the one taking care of me. Dr. Matins is knowledgeable, extremely professional, and cares deeply about his patients. Recently I was in Kentucky and had an outbreak, he immediately sent my prescription to the closest pharmacy and scheduled an appointment upon my return. He is the best dermatologist I ever had. Came in for a routine wart removal visit. Taken aback by how unfriendly and uninterested Dr. Martins appeared. Spent a total of 7 minutes with me. All business. Didn't offer any warning of pain during the treatment or any suggestions on how to treat the area afterwards. Seemed to have a complete lack of empathy. Everybody has a bad day, sure but when I went to another dr and showed him the treatment, he described it as nuclear. Maybe he would have been nicer if I was a rich housewife?

As a physician, I have insight into top quality providers of care. I chose Dr. Martins as my dematologist because of his educational training, expertise, competence, demonstrated outcomes, professionalism, and compassionate nature.

Based on 4 years association with Dr Martin, I would highly recommend him to others. During this time, he has been both professional and kind - a combination that many skilled physicians have not been able to integrate. What I like the very best about him is how he is so incredibly focused in checking for cancer - as if he were totally concentrated on every part of my skin that he was checking. Makes me feel that nothing is going to get by him. Dr Martin is a real keeper.

Dr. Martins sees my wife, my son and me once a year with a few extra visits here and there to answer concerns. He takes care of minor problems such as removing seborrheic keratoses rvght on the spot. He has given me an excellent regimen to deal with chronic dry skin that has worked wonders. It makes all of us feel safer to have him check regularly for any pre-cancerous conditions. Plus Dr. Martins is very personable.

I got Dr Martins name from a dear fiend who went to him and liked going to him. I have been seeing Dr Martins for a couple years now and he has helped me with several skin issues. Dr Martins found basil cell on my forehead during a yearly check up and it was quickly removed. He has also removed several sun spots over the years which could have turned into something worse if not located and corrected. I will continue going to Dr Martins for my skin needs

I saw Dr. Martins on occasion for ~6 years. I often felt unimportant. He failed at treating eczema, ultimately an unrelated visit to a CVS MinuteClinic provided effective solutions for my eczema. His associates have spoken down to me, as if I were a nuisance. I would not recommend Dr. Martins as a dermatologist.

Dr Martin has great communication skills. He listened to all of my issues and addressed each one of them. He also would ask if there was anything else he needed to address. Dr Marin was always professional and respectful. I also found his billing of treatment was fair and reasonable.

Dr.Martins provides a thorough skin examination (better than I have previous received from two other dermatologists) and explains any unusual findings in terms you can easily understand. He is most pleasant and takes his time to answer questions. I have recommended him to several friends.

I have been a patient of Dr. Martins for a many years now, and he is an excellent Doctor. My issue is with his new practice. On a recent visit, and annual cancer screening, he found something he wanted to biopsy. In the past, he simply pulled out a razor kit and sliced off the small area and sent it in. This time, he said I had to make a second appointment for the biopsy. When I queried why I had to take off a 2nd day from work, and pay a second $50 co-pay for something that would take just a minute, he said it was because the new practice policy is that "If they did it on the same visit, they would only get $20 from the insurance company, if they schedule it for a different day, they will get full payment". Now later, when I pressed this with the office manager, she said that was not true, that they do it on the same day, it backs up his schedule, and he is always on time. This was not my experience. I waited 10 min past my appointment time in the waiting room (I have never been seen on time), and according to her, he did not have time to do a 1 min slice. I'm not buying it. Sure, if the biopsy work was many removals, that would take substantial time, that would be understandable. I believe Dr Martin's explanation, as this makes a whole lot more sense, and it comes from the actual Doctor. I have been a patient of Dr. Martins for a many years now, and he is an excellent Doctor.
