Scheduled an appointment last week for Today at 2pm. Called to confirm the appointment, greeted by a Women on a speaker phone, proceeded to introduce myself and explained I was calling to confirm, she very abruptly explained the doctor wasn't in, he doesn't see patients on Tuesday. I explained I had an appointment, the women then stated I don't know why they would schedule you so rudely, I decided that this will not be my Doctor moving forward. No need to be rude or impolite. Unacceptable

Is he the only doctor there?

Absolutely terrible phone service. Needed to schedule an appointment for my mother and could not get in contact with anyone still as I’m writing this 1 star review. Let’s see if this review warrants a call back.

The service bad and he always charges for everything. No one knows what is going on and the Dr. worries about money not the patient. Iam currently looking for a new doctor.

Great Doctor, Friendly Staff

Good doctor and your in and out in like 5 minutes

The best doctor ever in the world also the staffs are amazing they're very professional very nice people and make sure they take good care of you

Dr. Romulus and his staff are great. The girls at the front desk are super sweet to me everytime I come in and Dr. Romulus always the time to listen to everything I need to say. I'm very grateful to everyone there;)

Polite staff , easy to relate to Dr who takes time out to listen. Wait time is usually reasonable if you have an appointment. Special recognition to Roxanne

This is the most disgusting doctors office I have ever been to! I only came here so that I could get a referral to see a specialist ! Everything is nasty it makes no sense! I don't even think the girls that work there even went to school for their positions! I'm calling my insurance today and changing him as my PCP ! This place needs to be shut down! Love the girl in the front shes super fast and keeps everything going on time. The doctor is great helped me a lot with my high blood pressure and to prevent diabetes. Never have to wait long no matter what day or time I go in. Best of all the price to see the doctor is amazing since I don't have insurance. Dr. Romulus is always willing to work with me in order to provide the best care. You can tell its a great office because everyone greets each other and all the patients are always happy. Slow receptionist... took her almost an hour to call my insurance and verify. I waited over an hour after my appointment time. No return after this visit...the worst. She needs to go

It's a very traditional old school feel with a doctor who cares.

Love Dr Romulus, he's helpful knowledgeable and precise. And his staff are down to earth, fun, and efficient. Doesn't get better

Medical staff are uninformed and unhelpful; polite and nice, but this doesn't solve the needs of the patient. Difficulty in refilling medications. Doctor ignorance of the medical benefits of some medications with indications for HBP when they are also indicated for use in regulating heart palpitations. I have never had the feeling or sense that he actually cared about my health and wellness. The only reason I stay with him is that he is close and open on Saturdays. He offers taking of blood, but

The doctor is very nice and also very knowledgeable. But his staff is always late and rude to everyone, including the doctor. They all have the intelligence level of the wicker chairs we sit in. You always wait more than an hour, even when you have an appointment. The office is DISGUSTING! I mean FILTHY. I'm dealing with it while I try to find a new doctor. If you took the doctor and gave him a new office and staff, I'd recommend him. Otherwise, no.
