I just read the response of the office. It’s such a shame in order to discredit my review they have untruthfully claimed they don’t recognize me. Sorry for such a poor customer service and dishonest behavior.

I called the office to adjust my appointment. I asked the receptionist to let me know what doctor's office it is to make sure I've called the right number. She refused. I asked the question again, she hung up the phone on me. I immediately reached out to another doctor for appointment. Thankfully, this is LA and you're surrounded by thousands of doctors. PS. I just looked at the response from the office. Wow! The level of dishonesty is disgusting. First of all I had just called the receptionist to make the appointment, so she certainly knew me. Besides whatever office you call they’ll by default greet you and introduce themselves. Although I requested it several times, the unprofessional and talentless receptionist refused and hung up the phone. Lastly I’m pretty sure they’re fabricating the no caller ID part, as I always call from my cell phone and that automatically shows my number. I called the office to adjust my appointment. It was great experience with Dr. Mikail not only she’s a pro but she was so helpful and nice too. I visited her office 2 times, both for USCIS immigration stuffs. She’s very updated with information and very smart too. Thank you Doctor.
