Dr. Smith has made me many pairs of custom made orthotics to help my plantar fasciitis and pain in my arches and each time adjustments were made to make them perfect for free. He has also fixed multiple of my ingrown toenails and they never came back and my toenails look completely normal unlike what the other podiatrist in Helena did. The staff are so friendly and they really get to know you in the short time you are there 10/10 would recommend :)

Told me NOTHING about what he was doing throughout process of fitting me for orthotics. "I'm the doctor-I've been doing this for 32 years" was his repeated answer to any Q's. I finally called to inquire what type orthotics I'd receive. "You're getting soft full length" WHICH I DID NOT WANT AND WAS NEVER INFORMED I WAS RECEIVING. In fact I told this Dr smith I was UNSATISFIED with my store-bought SOFT ORTHOTIC I received his new "custom" SOFT ORTHOTICS and they promptly CRIPPLED MY RIGHT FOOT. took them back 6+- times over 6 wks for "free adjustments". Each time my right foot was CRIPPLED AGAIN. Witnessed other patients in same time-wasting PAINFUL DILEMMA during that 6 wks. Dr Smith was non-chalant and uncaring. I LEARNED HIS RECEPTIONIST WAS MOLDING AND "ADJUSTING" THE ORTHOTICS! Unbelievable! She became more and more FRANTIC and PUSHY when I demanded my money back guarantee. Dr Smith and RECEPTIONIST mold/make their own SOFT ORTHOTICS in-house to maximize profits. DON'T GO THERE!

I can't say enough about Dr Smith and his methods. I feel he literally save my way of life. In Feb 2017 I had stop exercising, walking, most physical activity. My legs, feet and arms ached, had so much pain I was just going through the motions living. He's the first Dr that really listen, ruled out many things that might be the problem. He advised me that I had neuropathy in my feet and hands and I might benefit from MicroVas treatments. I did treatments for 4 months and I'm a new person. Kudos!
