Clifford Carrol

Twice in the last 10 years, Dr. Carrol has saved my life. He is a great listener and leaves no stone unturned. He is a must see and you can make up your mind. I'm confident you won't be sorry.

Do not do business here, your health is TOO IMPORTANT. I was assigned here by the VA throughthe Community Care program, a program that this office signed up for to treat Vets and get money from the Gov for it, and I haven't been able to make an initial appointment in over a month. I call everyday during the week, at least twice, and during different regular business hours only to get the same message to leave a message. No 'press 1 for this dept, press 2 fo ....etc' you go straight to 'Leave a message.' No one will ever return your message; EVER. Go ahead and try right now, call them; when you get the same message you'll know I'm right, hang up and call a different GI.

In 2015 he did my moms colonoscopy and found cancer. Very professional and caring. I then had my colonoscopy done by him that same year. Everything was fine! I’m overdue for another.

Let me start by saying that the office staff is very kind, responsive, and professional! I found that the doctor himself was very dismissive. He refused to order specific tests to help diagnose the cause of my gut health issues, attempted to diagnose and prescribe drugs for a condition that I 100% do not have, claimed my results weren't in at my post endoscopy follow-up appointment (basically wasted my time) and never called back with my endoscopy results. I had to read them myself, via LabCorp, to come to the conclusion that I have Gastritis. He didn't appear to be a caring professional and I can't recommend him or his practice. Now I'm on the hunt for another Gastroenterologist who cares and actually want to help patients get on the path to healing! Good luck to anyone seeing him. Unlike me, I genuinely hope he takes your pain and suffering seriously.

Today 11/11/20.....called Dr. Carrol office, spoke with receptionist named Mira....I was trying to ask her and I quote "did you get the referral fax, she said no, it has been three days since Dr. Citro office sent the fax....she said it has to come in by digital, which does not make sense, we went back and forth, she was rude to me, then she hung up the phone on me.....called Dr. Citro office spoke with Adriana, she said she spoke to the manager named Kim about the incident....and made an appointment with Dr. Carrol for Monday at 1:45p....then all of a sudden at 1:59p I received a call from Adriana from Dr. Citro's office, she telling me that my appointment has been canceled by Dr. Carrol, he does not want to see me because of the incident....instead of speaking with me to get both sides of the story, he decided to not see me....I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone.....I am the costumer and she Mira was wrong to hang up on me....she was rude because she did not like me questions

Front desk staff was extremely unhelpful and uncaring. Very unprofessional. Do not go here unless you want to be treated with disrespect while you're there for, help because you are ill.

Scheduled a new patient appointment and was seen in under a week. Staff was professional, and doctor visit was quick. He stated he wanted to approach my gi issues methodically. I was referred to Quest for Celiac Test and scheduled for an upper endoscopy in 2 weeks at a surgical center.

I came to Dr. Carroll with a lot of unanswered questions. He took the time to explain everything to me; how he would treat me and the things I needed to do to improve my health. I am so grateful. He didn't just give me any medications; he was thorough with all my testing to be sure of what was wrong with me.

this doctor doesn't even deserve " 0 " stars !!! think this doctor lost his license to practice medicine in NEVADA BECAUSE USING USED NEEDLES USING WATER..AT BEST...TO CLEAN THEM. AND, TO PUT YOU TO SLEEP HE USED LARGE BOTTLES OF ANESTHESIA , PROBABLE ENOUGH FOR 10-20 PEOPLE....INSTEAD OF STATE REQUIRED...ONE LITTLE BOTTLE PER PATIENT. HIS MEDICAL GROUP WAS WAS HEADED BY A DR. DESAI ( SPELLING COULD BE OFF..ONLY A LITTLE ) . OTHER DOCTORS AND NURSES GOT IN TROUBLE AS THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE GOT " HIV ". FROM ALL THE PEOPLE INVOLVED IN CARING FOR PATIENTS. This man has been sued several times (and lost) and is a complete unprofessional Jerk. Reporting him to the State does no good as they apparently do not even follow up. I suffered for 4 years due to this man's lack of negligence! STAY AWAY

My doctor referred me to this place but I checked out that man Clifford Carroll and confirmed what other posters said, he was sued several times and I wonder why his license has not been revoked. I will play it safe and will not make an appointment in this mickey mouse place.

So Grateful that I checked him out because of what was said on here. I remembered the case of two clinics. Dr. Dipak Desai ( he is dead now). I had an appointment with Carol canceled it. Once a dirty doctor always one. Along with Dirty Dining, we should have Dirty Doctors too.

People this animal infected thousands of people in 2005 -2007 with Hep , HIV/aids knowingly.He should have went to prison with the other two that owned the clinic. He has been sued too many time to count. Always settling out of court for millions. Read very carefully about what he did in the Las Vegas Review Journal!! He is a money hungry nasty, corrupt DIRTY Doctor. BEWARE at all cost of this man, that should be in prison and never be allowed touch another human being. Do your Homework on him!

he gives good explanations on what to expect. My colonoscopy went much smoother than expected. Staff is great. My only compliment is often the office phone lines are tied up and no way to leave a message.

Dr. Carroll is highly skilled, extremely knowledgeable and treated me with excellent medical care. In my opinion he is second to none and undoubtedly one of the best medical doctors in the entire city.

Dr. Carrol is the best doctor I have ever had. I have an extremely rare condition and it took me 8 months and 8 doctors to find him. He helped me when no one else could and continues to do so when I need it. He is knowledgeable, thorough, cautious, kind and caring. If you have stomach issues do not hestitate to see him. He will help you!!

This dr has always greated me with a smile , always answers my questions. An asks his own as well . I can honestly say he takes great concern in my health .

I was recently discharged from the hospital and was told to see Dr. Carrol 4 follow-up . I made appt. I was told by the doctor that he did not want to see me as I was seen by his assistant in the hospital . I'm 70 years old and had never had a doctor tell me he doesn't want to see me for any reason. He is a doctor and that's his job. Although I am a tough patience to diagnosis HE STILL IS A DOCTOR who I have been seeing . He says there is nothing he can do .DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO U BEWARE!!

I have seen a lot of doctors, this a man that really cares. He listened I was shocked. I didn't feel like I was being judged. Other doctors tried to convince me that my pain wasn't real (they didn't listen ). Thank you Dr. Carroll, I feel like I am on my way to a painfree life.

I had been having what I thought was gastric reflux for two years. I had been seeing a Dr. in California for almost all of that time and he prescribed several different types of medicine for my discomfort. Then I moved to Las Vegas. When I began seeing Dr. Carroll he tried a few different RX's, then an upper GI and an endoscopy. He was perplexed as to why I was having such problems. Eventually he looked over my medications and noticed that I was taking an RX prescribed by my OB/GYN as a hormone replacement. He noted that there was a direct relationship between that RX and my symptoms (and verified it with a google search). I stopped taking that RX and WHALAAA, all symptoms went away completely. Thanks to Dr. Carroll, I no longer have to avoid any food that isn't completely without acid and bland, bland, bland. I was told by the first doctor I saw that I wasn't sick enough to have my insurance allow me to be treated for Hep C Dr. Carrol was able to arrange for me to be treated in less than 2 visits and I'm not free from the virus thanks to his willingness to go to bat for me with my insurance provider.
