Great doctor and staff
Poor quality. Appointment is whenever they decide it is. Supposed to be for 930am. Ended up being past NOON before I saw the doctor. He talked about a ton of random stuff for an hour and then prescribed me medicine for my condition they stopped prescribing TEN YEARS AGO!! Horrible experience! Then had the gall to charge me AN EXTRA $150.00 for AN EXTENDED OFFICE VISIT!! When I go to leave, the obese blonde elderly lady named Sandy at the front desk was rude and acted like I was bothering her. Wow! This place is "How NOT To Run A Doctor's Office". Disgusting!
Office staff is rude and unprofessional. Office nurse gave false information to our family member twice! When confronted the office nurse was unprofessional, rude and dismissive of family’s concerns. This MD stated he needed to retire because their was too much paper work to do. He and his staff tried to cut corners and lied to our family member so he wouldn’t have to do some additional paper work so our family member could be treated correctly! Very disappointed. Would not recommend!!
I don't personally know Dr. Strong, but, if not for him, my Daddy wouldn't be with us today. Dr. Strong caught a heart problem my dad was unaware of. Thank you!!! Suzanne Berry Fort Worty. TX
