Thank you Dr. Cody Koch for the excellent service you've provided me with since I moved to Des Moines. Dr. Koch takes the time to truly understand what my cosmetic needs/goals are. I have been very happy with his work and will certainly be returning on a regular basis.

I could go on and on about my experience with Cody and his lovely staff! I first heard mention of Koch Facial Plastic Surgery while working in the dermatology field as a nurse. Both Dermatology PC, and Heartland Dermatologist would send complex facial closures to Cody to be repaired. This speaks VOLUMES when it comes to talent! When I was ready to have work done, I KNEW who I wanted to do it! Cody and his staff didn’t disappoint!! I am in love with my results!! Furthermore, I especially appreciate the prompt response I get from both Cody and his girls that work with him. It’s a blessing to have such an amazing team of experts to turn to when I need it!!! At 32 years old, I was diagnosed with nasal cell carcinoma on my nose. I’ve never once been in a tanning bed and it was a huge shock to me. Derm didn’t want to biopsy since it was large and on my “small” nose, so they sent me straight to Dr Cody. He called me on a SUNDAY with my biopsy results! Derm did Mohs surgery and Dr Cody repaired my nose the same day. Despite a more painful experience than I imagined, 3 months later, most people can’t tell I have anything wrong with my nose, and it gets better and less noticeable each week. I cannot say enough GREAT things about him and the entire office. Everyone was nice, courteous, and extremely complimentary through the entire process. Had forehead lift and blepharoplasty. Very satisfied with care. My vision has improved, especially at night

Dr. Cody Koch is the best! I immediately felt at ease when I first met him in March. A dermatologist performed MOHS surgery to remove basal cell carcinoma from my nose tip. The resulting hole in my nose required reconstructive surgery the following day. Dr. Koch was reassuring and compassionate and did a wonderful job on my nose, though I'm still healing. I would definitely recommend him to any of my family or friends.

I went to Dr. Koch for masseter reduction and he did a great job explaining the procedure, I felt well-informed and taken care of, injection was not painful at all, no side effects, I’m very happy with my overall experience!

Pre and post operation information was detailed and extremely helpful. Healing was faster than expected, scaring was much less than expected. I wish I had known about Dr. Koch years earlier.

I went to Dr. Koch for a rhinoplasty. I had wanted to do this for years, and I am very pleased with the results. Dr. Koch and everybody involved in his practice are very courteous and made the process very easy. I had a reaction to something that was used on my face during the procedure, and Dr. Koch called me back right away to help me. Excellent doctor.

Dr. Koch explained everything about the procedure very well. Didn’t really have any pain after the procedure. My friends and family were amazed at how well the incision site looked. They all said the scar was minimal and what a wonderful job he did. I would recommend him to anyone considering facial surgery.

Dr. Koch thoroughly explains his work before he begins. He always welcomes questions along the way. Both Dr. Koch and his nurse are wonderful people and make you feel relaxed and at ease no matter the procedure. I would not go to anyone else.

This is my second visit to Dr. Cody Koch's clinic. The first time I had cheek fillers and today I did Botox. Before moving to Des Moines, I went to several doctors with regards to my uneven eyebrows( one is higher than the other) caused by an injury I suffered at childhood. Each doctor I visited told me it is hard to and that I needed several Botox treatments to make the difference less obvious so I decided not to go through with treatments. After moving to Des Moines, I visited Dr. Cody Koch for a consultation and I'm glad I did! My eyebrows are even with only one visit ! Can't be happier with my cheeks and eyebrows. Thank you Dr Cody! Dr. Cody Koch added not only the perfection of his talent in my recent facial surgery which was a giant success but his patient care is second to none. He removed all the fear I had with his confidence and explanations of exactly what the healing process would be - and it is exactly as he described. He is accessible, personable and truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Koch and should I ever need facial treatment or surgery in the future he is my pick. Love Dr. Cody Koch. I was nervous about my brow lift but he always put me at ease. He answered all my questions and gave me me his full attention. My brow lift went exactly as he said. Pain was minimal and my vision improved greatly. I highly recommend Dr. Cody Koch.

Always a a great experience when working with Dr. Koch. He is pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. Everything is explained “in non medical terms” so I can understand. He welcomes follow ups to ensure I am satisfied 100%. I highly recommend working with Cody! I have sent 7 other friends his way and they say the same!!

Dr. Cody, is AMAZING, he is kind, truly listens and cares about his patience. I had bioplastey and a forehead lift. The a.m. of surgery he visited with me again about the procedure, taking time to put me at ease; and called later that evening to check on how I was doing. I called in a panic a few weeks after surgery & he immediately came on the phone to talk to me. Everyone is great at the office, appointments run on time, & Sally is such a kind and gentle soul. I highly recommend Dr. Koch!

Couldn't have gone better! I have had two prior nasal surgeries elsewhere to fix a deviated septum and was not satisfied with the results. Dr. Koch made note to make sure this was the last one I would need and I couldn't be happier with the results. Airways are opened up, nose appears more symmetrical, and I'm able to breath out my nose far better than I ever could. Smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
