I am extremely happy with Dr. Mercer. My visit could not be improved in any way that I know of.

I didn’t wait too long. I got a complete description of my problem by the doctor and she even drew an illustration for me.

My Dr is always available when I need her. The office gets me appointments quickly if I need to be seen.

Checking in was easy. Dr. Mercer always very personable and professional. Staff is always friendly.

Dr. Mercer is very thorough when she takes a medical history and is genuinely concerned with the wellbeing of her clients.

Was in Afib even although wasnt what my appt was for. Took me back right away and did an EKG. Dr. Mercer was wonderful in so many ways. Her staff was also very good.

Both my wife are faithful followers of Dr Mercer. She always answers our questions and is genuinely concerned about our health. Their office has one of the best staff we have seen.

ITS ALEAYS A PLEAURE TO BE TREATED WITH THE RESPECT DR. MECER AND HER STAFF SHOW ME EACH TIME I SEE HER

I always go away from my appointment feeling safe and well versed in any of my health concerns. One important point for me is I never feel rushed through the appointment. As well as I never have to wait long before being seen.

Dr. Mercer is the best physician I have ever used as my primary. I truly trust her, and appreciate her empathy, knowledge and professionalism. If I can give more than 5 stars I would.

Dr. Mercer is a wonderful physician! She is always very caring and personable. She offers patient-centered care, considering physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of a person's health in treating her patients. She encourages healthy choices and makes attainable suggestions for healthy lifestyle changes.

My most recent visit with Dr. Mercer (9/28/21) was much like all of my visits with her for more than 25 years. She listened patiently and professionally as I recounted my experiences concerning my 2 day hospitalization for a recently suffered TIA. She read the reports, and we discussed options for my future good health and avoidance of stroke. She knows so much, and if she doesn’t know, she will find out more. I am impressed by her kindness, good humor, and demeanor. I can’t imagine going to any other primary care physician. She helps me to be proactive, & is available if I need her, within hours after calling her office. Her staff is attentive and efficient. Total waste if my time and money. Was given a script for blood work with no follow up appointment to discuss results. My weight was not taken as a first time patient.

Dr. Mercer takes her time during my appointment, discussing past, present and potential future issues. Very pleasant demeanor.

Dr Mercer was rude, condescending and insulting on top of not listening to me. I refused to go back. Further, when I sought another doctor three years later, I found that she ridiculed me on the notes that she wrote on my file. I have a copy. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

As a 19 year old, new patient I have never been so disrespected and belittled by a doctor until I met Dr. Mercer. I went in to discuss mental health issues and she told me she'd never put her daughter on the type of medicine that I was on, that I would never make it in the medical field with anxiety, and that nobody wants a doctor who needs help. She neglected to ask me any real questions and based my feelings off of my looks. She is the reason I want to become a doctor, so there are less doctors like her. I do appreciate her for giving me a great essay topic for my medical school application.
