He is a TRUE professional!!!! 1st let me say I was referred to Dr. Gorelick by my OBgyn. Upon my 1st visit he exceeded the care & expectation of what I thought it would be. He made me feel very comfortable. He even drew a pic of what would take place during the surgery. I can NOT tell you when I’ve ever felt so comfortable to have surgery with anyone!! The day of the surgery he came in to the pre op room again & reiterated what was going to happen & I STILL wasn’t nervous. I even was anxious to just do the surgery because I knew I was in GREAT hands. Mind you a lot of black women don’t get the proper care when it comes to obgyn’s but Dr. Gorelick is something special. He speaks to you like a HUMAN being. Your care is his only concern. Even after surgery he made sure his wonderful staff filled out my FMLA papers. This is something a LOT of doctors HATE doing.... paperwork ???? I had no problems getting mine filled out & approved for my anticipated disability & post op. Btw I will also give great kudos to Petra, his nurse assistant. She should be commended also. Very kind & very attentive to my needs. Both work great as a team & it was my pleasure to have them both as part of my surgical team. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor or nurse. Outstanding!!!! I had surgery 2 years ago. If You got to Dr. Gorelik, You are in reliable knowledgeable Hands!!! I recommend, very attentive and kind Doctor!

Without a doubt I would recommend Dr. Gorelick to everyone! He is a talented surgeon, very bright physician and just a truly good person. He diagnosed me with stage III ovarian cancer 8 years ago and I am alive today thanks to him. My family are eternally grateful to him for that.

Dr Gorelick is very professional and very polite. He called me after my mom`s surgery and explained everything. I`m sure he loves his job and his patients. May God bless his hands and his family.

Superb doctor! Very confiedent in his care and had a fabulous experience overall (minus the parking in Park Slope).

I am an ER nurse and know about CANCER from books, articles, but also from my practice. Not too long ago, I received shocking news about my health. In the beginning, even as a practicing healthcare professional, this was a very scary moment in my life. Although after I met Dr. Gorelik, my worries were lessoned because I knew I was in good hands. I had my surgery and I was able to go home the same day. The recovery period was fairly simple, I did not have to take heavy painkillers and mostly took Tylenol/Motrin. Later down the line of recovery, Dr. Gorelik personally called to let me know pathology results, after that news my life came back to my baseline. I would like to THANK Dr. Gorelik for his patience and personable care he gave me. I would like to, also, THANK his staff for the understanding and care they each gave me too. Dr. Constantine Gorelick is a ture professional surgeon. I must also say thanks to the great team of Doctors who worked with him. I was truly comfortable with his service . I am grateful for not only a successful surgery but also for following up with my progress.

Dr. Gorelick and his staff was kind and courteous to me from the clinic to the operating room. They made me and my family feel so comfortable and stress free on the day of my procedure. He did a great job from the begining to the end of my issue. He's an angle in disguise. I would refer anyone to him. Wonderful doctor and a great experience overall. Friendly professional staff, clean office (although parking is a problem). Dr. Gorelick came highly recommended and was worth the wait. He explained everything thoroughly, and even talked to my sister on facetime. I was very much at ease and even though the surgery sounds scary and I am nervous, I am sure he is gonna do a great job. He did surgery on my friend and she is very happy with the outcome.

Way too busy for a really good and thorough service

Dr Gorelick is a true professional and master in the field. After being recommended by numerous individuals (both in the medical and non-medical fields) for a recent surgery of a family member, Dr. Gorelick exceeded all expectations in patient care, compassion, knowledge and expertise. His staff in the office and counterparts at Methodist Hospital treat him and his patients with the highest level of care/regard. I was referred to DR. Garelick by my gynecologist whom I have known for years and trust with my life. When she found a problem needing surgery, she highly recommended that I see him. What a wonderful doctor, so thorough and understanding! Explained everything to me, then had to repeat it all to my family cause I was so nervous. Took absolutely great care of me and of course the surgery went great! Very happy and also grateful to my GYN for the referral to him. Great hands and bedside manner !

Dr. Gorelick was just trying to milk insurance dollars at my own expense. He is rude, and abnoxious and all he wants is insurance money. He uses scare tactics to keep you coming back for more tests. Never mind I was in his office for 3 hours since he crams so many patients in at the same time.Run away from this doctor!
