The office staff are very friendly and professional. Check in was easy. Dr. Abbott is always personable and thorough with his exam. I recommend them to anyone with skin care concerns.

Short wait in the waiting room. Delightful staff and professional process for check-in. Dr Abbott was considerate and complete in explaining the treatment and expectations for treatment. I did not feel rushed. That feeling that is often part of medical treatment of not being able to understand the medical explanations or treatment. (Talking down). Dr Abbott was great.

Great care! Just what I needed. The staff worked to get me in and Dr Abbott referred me right away to a great surgeon. I couldn't be happier with my treatment and results. I just had my 3 month checkup and all is well. Thank you Dr Abbott. ????????

Pleasant office environment. Waiting tome minimal.

Very friendly staff and felt they were also very knowledgeable and concerned.

Dr. Abbott gave me options for basal cell on my lip that my other derm did not. I took his advice and chose SRT instead of MOHS and now I am skin cancer free without scars!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Abbott's for many years. I have always received excellent as well as professional care.

My appointment was on time and every person I encountered was helpful, personable, nice, and knew what they were doing. Dr Abbott is a keeper.

Great office! Very friendly staff & Dr. Abbott spent quality time getting to know me & gave me enough time to talk about why I was there. I've been going to his office for 11 years, always seeing the PA, which they have always been great as well but this visit I got to see him & I'm very impressed with his thoughtfulness, he's genuinely a very nice person! Definitely recommend his practice!

What I thought would be a pretty painful experience was a piece of cake. Dr Abbott is highly skilled at what he does (of course he's probably done it a million times) lucky for me. Highly recommend these people ????

Staff is very polite and makes you feel right at home. Dr and Techs are some of the best in the city and I feel good knowing they have my Dad’s best interest in mind.

I noticed a couple of suspicious spots I wanted to get checked out so I called my PCP and he recommended Dr. Abbott. I called on the afternoon of March 19th and set an appointment for the morning of April 9th. I thought it was odd I did not receive a reminder call yesterday but went ahead and came in. Not only did they not have any record of my appointment the office manager was incredibly rude and treated me like a vagrant panhandling for a handout. I even showed them my call history in my phone to show I did in fact call this office on March 19th. They could have remedied this situation by working me in right now with their apologies. Instead she rudely said they're completely booked up today and can't get me in. I did my part by showing up at my appointed time. Never again.

Dr Brantley is absolutely AMAZING! Her ability to recognize melanoma is unmatched! I know God used her to save my life!

very thorough I have had 2 major biopsies in the past year DR. Abbott is a very skilled surgeon I did not have any problems .

very bad service, these people do not care about your health or situation, i missed an appointment due to illness and now they will not book me another appointment, this is the only clinic ive ever used since 1994 i also have a zero balance and always pay cash, DO NOT GO SEE THIS CLINIC THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!!
