Their staff they are always with bad attitude as if they are forcing them to be there working. I had a bleeding for almost a 8 months no problem solve I had to travel to Mexico to get things done since I was loosing lot of it and my problem got solve, in less than a month my bleeding stoped. They wanted to give me surgery and the Dr in Mexico with only one visit my problem was solved also he was wondering why they wanted to give surgery? If it wasn't needed! I just had my first visit with Dr. Mueller. What a great experience! He was knowledgeable and really took the time to explain things to me. I have to say it was one of the best doctor visits I've had. His staff was sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Mueller to my family and friends.

Horrible dr. He leaves me in tears everytime. Also hes always shushing me. He wont let me explain anything. As a female i find it very degrading.

I love Dr Muller he's been my Dr for 3 years now . I wouldn't go anywhere else . I never have seen him yell like the post I read before this, and if he did it's because he cares and wants you to follow his orders for good health . Great Dr .

He throws medication around like candy. If you want a doctor that will give you anything you want he is your man. If you want a doctor that knows how to diagnose you he isn't.

Dr Craig is great. The staff are very helpful too.

I get extreme anxiety going to doctors, worried I'll forget to tell him something. But he was so kind and even though he is busy made time to listen and truly care... I can actually say I found a great Doctor ♡

I have been a patient of Dr. Mueller now for about 13 years. My mangled care HMO wouldn't approve me to go to a dermatologist, so I just went to one anyway, and explained my situation to him. I wish I could remember his name; but, alas, I cannot--he didn't charge me a penny, because he hated what HMOs were doing to medicine . He looked at the infection, and I saw a slow anger build in him. He referred me to an infectious disease guy (Dr. Kundarji) who eventually got me hospitalized for intravenous drip antibiotics. It was Dr. Kundarji who referred me to Dr. Mueller. The care hjas been excellent since then. In 2014, with implementation of the Affordable Care Act, I became a Medi-Cal patient. I cannot say that the quality of care went down. Although in those first several months did mean much longer stints in the outer office, and I must say that often Dr. Mueller was in more of a rush, I believe he handled it ALL as best as any normal M.D. could have done. In 2014, I was at Dr. Mueller's office with another staph infection, in my leg again (unlike many other diseases "Staph" is one that, once you've had it, you're more likely to get it again), and this was horrid. It was MRSA--Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus), a form of staph that is largely resistant to ALL forms of antibiotics. This is a life-threatening disease. If it gets into your bloodstream, you're gone. He immediately asked me if I wanted to do have a PICC line. I said "No." Because I thought that meant hospitalization, given my previous experience with staph. I had already been taking antibiotics for the infection, but they were at non-therapeutic level for MRSA. Although they helped some, actually, they only helped to strengthen the antibiotic resistance of my infection. Dr. Mueller doubled the strength of them. But it was too late for oral treatments anymore. So on my next visit, I asked him what the PICC line stuff was all about. I could stay at home and administer the treatments to myself, through the "line." There was nothing "simple" about this thing. I stayed in a motel, in Lancaster to get to an early morning job interview, on time. I contracted scabies that night. I now recall having a wool blanket (scabies love natural, fuzzy fibers) over me, and waking in the middle of the night feeling like I was being stuck by needles in the "belly" region, and casting off that WOOL blanket. I'm slightly allergic to wool. The point is that the scabies, while unaffected by the MRSA, spread that MRSA all over my body. I won't go into all the details of that particularly miserous part of my life, except to say that pretty much ALL I can recall about 2014 was that it was the YEAR of MRSA and scabies. It was also the year I got Medi-Cal. Dr.'s offices everywhere were overwhelmed with patients. As for the people who say that Dr. Mueller "yelled" at them or their loved ones, that's B.S. I got "yelled" at by Dr. Mueller too. That consisted of a slightly louder voice, still very MUCH in control, from a man who is soft-spoken, anyway. I came in for an appointment, when Dr. Mueller was about to go on vacation. I'm a BIG man. 6' 2"; and, at that time, about 340 lbs. I told his staff people that I WAS going to see him if I had to break down the door. My right leg, and knee, were so swollen, I feared if I had to wait two weeks, that I might not have a lower-right leg anymore. So I was insistetn, in a mean way. . He agreed to see me. When I saw him, he didn't raise his voice at all. He kind of smirked at me and told me that he believed I knew I could never do that again. I confirmed that. During the year of MRSA and scabies, I witnessed more than a few patients yelling, even screaming at him in the most derisive and abusive tones I'd ever heard. He was an absolute pinnacle of restraint. I cannot recommend this gentleman more highly. Is there a possibility of miscommunication? Tell me anyplace where you thing the isn't. My only regret for is that I didn't get to him sooner. I have been a patient of Dr. Mueller now for about 13 years. Dr Muller and his staff are all professionals working with all types of conditions in the high desert. Understanding knowledgeable and actually quite cool. The Doctor has done the medical work for myself and my brother for years and we are very satisfied with his performance. I just wish I could visit more often for our conditions. I wish I could leave less than one star as a rating. This man didn't listen to ONE thing I had to say. Continuously talked over me, dismissed all of my health concerns as nothing more than me recently giving birth (a year and a half prior) when I requested blood work he provided the bare minimum and insisted I have a breast ultrasound which had NOTHING to do with why I was there. My fiancé liked him so maybe he's better with men than women. I'll never go back.

Craig mueller was my family doctor for 17 years as well as my mother. My mother suffered from epileptic seizures and had a prolapse rectum and instead of helping her and making her go through with the surgeries she needed to help fix the rectum, he just kept up on her refills. Two years ago she passed away a week after seeing Craig for complaints of chest pain and about a year and a half after she passed away, Craig divorce me and my husband and daughter and everyone in the address to my home in fear of regards to my mothers death. My last visit with him he told me he discussed my case with his wife and they agreed that it would be for the best if Craig divorced me and my family. He wished me the best of luck and suggested I went to church to help with grief an to find a new doctor. After feeling completely betrayed I did just so and I found a new doctor and went through all the test again because his office did not send over my files for five months after. That's when I discovered he misdiagnosed me and was only there to try to pump me full of depression medication which I refused. I attempted to get my mother's medical records which I know she signed consent for me to review her records I was there with her when she did and his medical staff claims that the form was nowhere in her files therefore I am not allowed to pick him up without a court order. I filed a grievance on Craig mueller and I truly hope he gets investigated and they discover the truth behind him and I hope the other families he's destroyed finds peace as well. Dr Muller is rude and yells at my mother who is 58, she has been hit by a car and has bad pain throughout her body, she has MRI's to prove her pain! He doesn't let her speak about anything, he screams her to lay down and won't help her get up, she cries whenever she leaves his office! He changes her medicines depending on his mood that day! She can't move sometime because her dose is to low! He is an Ass! What kind of doctor is he! I have been seeing Dr. Mueller for about 15 years now.. He isn't perfect, and there have been times when I was annoyed over this or that in seeing him. The worst was 2014, when Obama Care started and he (along with everyone else) was barraged with new cases. But things settled down and are pretty much back to normal now. He listens to what I have to say. He IS in more of a hurry still than he used to be; but I think that is true of most other decent doctors as well. I'd recommend him
