He always makes me feel comfortable and does a great job on my teeth/listens to my concerns. I have a good time every appointment. He is so knowledgeable. He was able to answer more questions for me than my previous 2 orthodontists combined. He set up my teeth for jaw surgery and my surgeon even praised how wonderful of a job he did. Staff is also awesome!

Both my husband and I went to Dr. Newell years ago for our braces and now it has been our kid's turns. Our oldest had a complex case with missing permanent teeth among other issues but Dr. Newell made it work in the least invasive way possible. Results are great! Next child is an easier case and we're thinking is able to go with invisalign. Highly recommended, friendly staff!

I went to Newell for a consult for braces, I went to others and they all told me the same thing. I need to remove my front teeth and get jaw surgery. But at Newell I didn’t hear that! The staff is very friendly and professional! I will DEFINITELY be going back!

My son, who is very involved in extra-curricular activities has had to rescheduleappointments several times, which we are grateful for your patience in doing so, but am disappointed that they didn't replace a broken wire at his appointment. We called a while back (4 weeks ago) to see if he could get the wire fixed, but we could not get in, so we clipped the wire ourselves to avoid poking him any longer. At the next appointment the wire was still not replaced?? Maybe it wasn't in the notes when we called, but would have thought they would have seen the broken wire. Thanks.

Very friendly! Seamlessly moved my son’s appointment time when I showed up at the wrong time!!! Didn’t even point out my blunder or anything. I realized later when my phone alerted me to an appointment that I had mistaken his scheduled time and showed up an HOUR early. They just went with the flow and squeezed him in without a word. I love the fact that they have always made my daughter and I feel right at home! My daughter is 12 and wanted braces but was leery as she was very nervous about meeting a new doctor. From the moment we walked in the door the two of them made her feel like she was the only one who mattered in the whole world!!! When you meet them, you know that they are genuine, kind, funny, and professional all rolled into one great team. I've told my friends and family about them. My niece, who has braces, wanted to switch doctors immediately! She can't as they live 3 1/2 hours away, but my sister actually thought about making the drive. It would be worth it as far as I'm concerned.

Both times Grace and I have been there they are both so friendly and accommodating. Yesterday was no different. She was getting some imaging done and they were having so much fun, as he was learning to do the procedure. They were both joking and laughing which, in turn, made Grace and I laugh. I'm disabled and therefore see many doctors and have never come across such kind, funny and amazing people!

Dr. Newell is a highly competent and efficient orthodontist. He explains things thoroughly in layman terms. He is punctual when starting appointments, yet we never feel rushed while asking him questions. He is completely honest and has patience when my child asks, "How much longer will I be wearing braces?". We were away on vacation in Mexico so our son went to his appt today by himself. He called me immediately after his appt to express his extreme displeasure with the color installed on his brackets. He said he asked repeatedly for red to be installed and for some reason he ended up with orange. I don't know what happened because I wasn't there but I cold tell I had one unhappy teenager. We have always had a great experience's with Dr Newell so this caught us a little of off guard. Hopefully this was a simple oversight. Thank you for your understanding.

The visit was to see what process was going to be the best for her and then did the molds, pictures, and x-rays. It was very informative since he suggested a different route than my first child. He was able to answer our questions and said he would be available for more if we had them before our consultation next month. We were in and out within a half hour. I like how efficient Dr. Newell and his staff are.
