Do not bother to go to this doctor. I had a neck opeation following up on and needed clearance for ski trip. Brought in old MRI, which a week later he did not even remember my giving to him. Even stopped by office. Finally night before he said I should cancel. And he also claimed he had called several times which of course there was no record of on my phone. Nothing insttills confidence like no followup when on a time constraint and being lied to.

I trust him, if you have an issue go talk to him

Dr. Senzon is wonderful, personable, and also very accommodating. I'm giving this review a one star because of such an unpleasant experience with the secretary, Camy. She was extremely unhelpful, rude, and incompetent. Due to COVID-19, office visits are now virtual. My father is Dr. Senzon's patient, however, I manage his paperwork and appointments. As a senior with a debilitating disease, keeping up with technology is very difficult for him. I am unable to make this virtual appointment so I asked someone else to assist him during the appointment. I requested Camy to provide instructions on how to connect to Dr. Senzon... whether it's through a portal, facetime, etc... She was absolutely clueless on how the process worked and blurted "Just do it how you did last time." I went on to inform her that last time, another person helped him and that I received a link. This time, I did not receive a link. Of course, she said to just wait for the "link." My father has been to this office for many years and Camy has never been the warmest person, but I DO EXPECT her to do her job and provide necessary information. Great Doctor, personable and thorough. He continuously provides excellent care for my husband who not only suffers from MS but also Migrane headaches along with fibromyalgia symtems.

Dr. Senzon takes the time to assess your condition and is personable. I'd give his practice a 5 based upon that alone HOWEVER, his female front desk person lacks anything that resembles basic politeness. If you don't mind being treated poorly by office staff while receiving good medical care then Dr. Senzon is your guy

Terrible place. I was referred by my primary doctor. I went there just for a first consultation. All the doctor did was talk to me about my hospital stay and a few questions about my health history. Great Dr. very thorough and professional.

I had never experienced this before. Not sure what’s worse! A Dr who cannot diagnose you or a Dr that doesn’t even try to find out what’s wrong. I walked in as a new patient yesterday, the first thing a noticed was his pants were dirty or maybe stained, forgive me but how you present yourself tells me a lot about you. I brought a Nerve conducting study done by another medical office, reviewed by another neurologist, clearly stating that something is off with my nerves. Dr Senzon didn’t even pay attention to the results, saying that he cannot make a conclusion because he doesn’t know the people that conducted the study. I asked him, should we repeat the test somewhere else? “He said he didn’t like ordering tests”. I brought MRI disks of my neck and lower back, clearly showing areas of concern, he looked at them didn’t say anything. He performed some mobility tests, making me walk and move my arms, hands, etc... When done he said: “I have good news, your nerves are fine”. I’m 43 years old, and been having so much pain in my neck and hands, I feel like I’m loosing mobility in my right arm and hand. I have numbness and tingling in my legs and feet, something is definitely wrong! He showed no concern about my symptoms, didn’t order any additional testes... I was the one asking questions but didn’t get any answers... I asked him, should I continue riding my horses? He said: “sure! You know your body”. “See you for a follow up in 2 weeks.” I worked in the medical field for a long time and had never, never seen a MD act like this! Not happy at all paying him $40 for my co-pay and I will sure speak to my insurance and definitely to my Orthopedic Thursday when I see him, since Dr Senzon was his referral. Dr. Senzon is a really nice guy and a great doctor who listens to your concerns and addresses them. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but it’s worth it because he takes his time with every patient. I’ve never felt like he’s going through the motions or like he’s trying to push us out. The lady at the front desk is sometimes very, very busy so she’s not always smiling, but she’s INCREDIBLY efficient and ALWAYS goes out of her way to be helpful when you need something which is more important. My son loves Dr. Senzon and feels comfortable talking to him. I would highly recommend Dr. Senzon. Dr. Senzon is a really nice guy and a great doctor who listens to your concerns and addresses them. best dr. i drive from psl to see him. i never had such a gret dr beaides my reg internal md. im lucky to have 2 great dr.s and his staff is awesome. there is no frakie there.. just tge wife whos so nice and secretary kimmy. all awesome. dont listwn any bad reviews. there prob just bunch of jerks who make scenes. hes a good dr. i give him 100 stars and his staff. i will comtinue to drive far as he is worth it. excuse mistyoe. o shake and wrong letter hits. pain to fix all time. my friend see him

Our family trusts Dr. Senzon! He is the best neurologist in South Florida and we highly recommend him. He took amazing care of my mother and healed her of her myasthenia gravis which no one else could diagnose. He explains things so that you understand.

Great experience, carrying and knowledgable Doctor who is always there for me in last 3 years. Those morons who gave him nasty reviews are most likely clueless people with no understanding of medicine. They would better just shut up than embarrass themselves with opinions clearly indicative of low education. Sad that great physician such as Dr. Senzon is exposed to this type of vicious attacks. That lady writing about colitis is a joke and most likely was discharged because she was rude. Dr. Senzon is never rude, he has no one mean bone in him, he would not hurt a fly. Medicine is not an easy profession, neurology is one of the most complex grey zone speciality and sometimes it takes a while to get diagnosis. Dr Senzon himself is a great physician, but frankly his staff makes the experience so terrible that I will never return. On countless occassions, my PC doctor & I have tried to retrieve my medical results, and schedule new appts from his assistant who has failed to fulfill her promises to do so. I have a very serious issue that was compounded by an allergic reaction to the rx. I am concerned that the office's inability to handle patient issues in a timely fashion could put patients in jeopardy.

Dr. Senzon is an excellent physician. He is sharp, thorough in examining as well as in creating a plan of Investigation and treatment. He is compassionate and very personable. His receptionist, however, does not match his demeanor. She is difficult to work with as she often demonstrates impatience and rudeness towards the patients. A better representation of the office by a more professional, personable, well spoken receptionist would certainly earn it 5 stars.

Dr. Senzon took a list of symptoms, a physical examination, and many test results to come up with a diagnosis that changed our grandmother's life. So many years of being misdiagnosed was frustrating for her but once she met Dr. Senzon, her prayers were answered. His compassion and patience with her were truly admirable.

Excellent Doctor. Very caring. Cured my headaches!

I was with a wrong diagnosis of M.S for years. I was in and out from hospitals in Broward Health and Boca Raton Regional Hospital. I was giving up. Until M.S Association recommended me him. The first time I saw him I was paralyzed. He diagnosis me with Neuromyelitis Optica instead. Later the same diagnosis was corroborated for an entire team of neurologists from the University of Miami. Now, thanks to him I am walking since 2012. Please make yourself a favor and get a doctor like him that is on top of the latest research and academic work about neurology, and not someone that fill you up with steroids because they not have a clue what you have and are scare to death to give you a diagnosis and prefer leave you to die. He is approachable, and have great ethics. He is honest enough to tell you when he think he can not help you any more or is out his hand. Sadly, other doctors prefer to keep you as client knowing they can not do anything for you, instead to send you someone that have the expertise in certain field. Dr Senzon is a great doctor. He takes his time with his patients, does his best to get to the bottom of what may be ailing you and never pushes medications at all. When he is needed or something is needed from his office, they are very responsive. He is the best neurologist I have gone to.

Dr. Senzon has already helped my mother in just two visits. He is personable and pleasant. One of the best things about him is that he remembers his patients. He was able to notice a difference in my mother after not seeing her for some time. He picked up on things I did not even see. He is now assisting us in finding a name for what she is going through and I look forward to working with him as time goes on to help one of the most important people in my life. The only complaint we may have is that his staff does not always follow up on appointments or test results with other organizations. We do have to call and remind them sometimes. As for the previous poster, I think it speaks highly of Dr. Senzon that he would refer you to another physician who may be better suited to assist in your particular situation. (It may also speak badly of you and your performance at the appointments.) If you were well behaved and committed to the situation at hand, don't let your situation cloud your judgment. People having stressful days/nights are not allowed to take it out on others because they are confused or frustrated. We all need to work together. Especially if our loved ones are suffering. As an RN I really appreciate that Dr. Senzon welcomes his patients and escorts them back to be examined, he focuses on the person not just their health problem. He represents what a true physician should demonstrate. He apologized for a bit of wait.

ID LIKE TO GIVE NO STARS. NOT A SINGLE ONE for this so called doctor. My sister is almost completely wheelchair bound and his best suggestion after all the tests hes done is to go see someone else!. He started seeing her in the hospital and made a ton of suggestions on diagnostics and then stopped trying to find the root of her illness once a colonoscopy and endoscopy showed slight colitis. SERIOUSLY? COLITIS MAKES YOU PARALYZED?? Talk about passing the buck. This guy is a total joke. A JOKE. He wont talk to anyone but the patient, even if someone else is clearly on the medical records as allowed to make decisions on her care. I called 5 times over 2 days just to have him call me back with a bad attitude, like I was bothering him. After all that he told me it was "awkward speaking to me instead of her" and hung up on me when I told him that I was the one up all night with her listening to the screams and watching her waste away. I give this DR one star because there is no NO star option. This Dr did nothing to help my mother who suffers from horrendous debilitating headaches. It was the worst experience ever. She left there in tears after this so called specialist said he could not help her as he could not pinpoint the reason for her headaches. No tests ordered, no medication given. NOTHING. No help whatsoever. My mom was devastated as she patiently waited for over a month for her appointment to go see him and after waiting for over and hour at the office as he was running 60 minutes behind even although there were NO other patients there, he did nothing to help her. He even noticed that the was walking unsteady and had a twitch he could not begin to understand and instead of ordering some kind of diagnostic testing he plainly said to her he was not able to recommend any medications because he did not understand what was going on. Well maybe you should order some tests ? Perhaps then you could have helped my mom instead of making her pay you money for you to tell her you cant even help her.
