Well, first I called and was hung up on so I passed it off because I have an out of state cell number. Then when I called back to see if they accepted my insurance, the woman that answered the phone was rather dry and rude. Even if I were willing to pay out of pocket, I'd rather drive 30 minutes to see someone with a professional staff. Being inviting to possible new clients will get you so much further.
